Trapylen® 187 S is a chlorinated polypropylene characterized by a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades. This feature results in good compatibility with other resins and polymers, coupled with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film exhibits high gloss and very good chemical and aging resistance. The primary advantage of Trapylen® 187 S lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited and may be compensated for by using it with low-chlorinated Trapylen® grades.

Trapylen® 5650 UV is a chemically modified low chlorinated polypropylene, dissolved in reactive, UV-curable monomer isobornyl acrylate (IBOA). It has outstanding affinity to polyolefinic plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and reasonable adhesion to PE. Furthermore TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV obtains excellent bonding strength between PP and alumina. For UV-curing screen printing inks TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV is used as adhesion additive/promoter.

Hauthane HD-2209 DMM (L-3040) is an NMP-free/APEO-free aliphatic, polyester-based, polyurethane dispersion designed to produce unequaled clarity and gloss. Features: Wet look gloss. Glass-like clarity. Adhesion to a wide variety of substrates including wood, plastics, textiles, leather. Dilution and clean up with ordinary tap water. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether co-solvent.

Hauthane L-3369 is a partially, renewable resource-based, hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with good chemical and water-resistance properties. Features: 42% bio-based, renewable resource content. Good water and chemical resistance. Low VOC content (75 g/l less water). Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water.

Hauthane L-3790 is a water-borne, UV-curable, polycarbonate-based polyurethane dispersion. Features: Excellent chemical- and stain-resistance. Superior humidity resistance. Texicryl® 13-219 is a self-crosslinking styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion for use as a binder in the manufacture of spray-bonded synthetic fiber waddings. This product is also ideal as a stiffener for window blinds. It has been developed for use in surface bonding and through-bonding of synthetic fiber wadding.

Texicryl® 13-217 is an APEO free self-crosslinking acrylic copolymer emulsion characterised by a soft film giving, after crosslinking, a high resistance to washing and to primed or printed fabrics. It is ideal for the manufacturing of non woven fabrics and as flocking adhesive by spraying, in full bath or by foaming.

Texicryl® 13-824 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion that can be coalesced to form a solvent and plasticiser resistant film. This hard non-film forming emulsion shows excellent adhesion to vinyl and non-absorbent susbstrates. It has been developed for the formulation of plasticiser resistant inks and is suitable for PVC flooring and wallpaper inks.

Hauthane HD-2107 DMM (L-2877) is a hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. Texicryl® 17-0330 is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for use in high performance adhesives, inks, and coatings where flexibility and/or cold temperature flexibility are desired. It can be utilized in a range of water based adhesives and emulsion paint formulations and can easily be formulated into coatings varying in properties from semi-gloss finish to high pigment volume concentration low-cost paints.

Texicryl® 13-814 is a styrene acrylic copolymer aqueous dispersion with excellent flexibility and adhesion properties. It is suitable for use as the main binder in flexo or gravure inks and has good clarity so is suitable for offset overprint. This acrylic dispersion will also be suitable to compound into barrier coatings, as it exhibits very low MVTR and Cobb values.

Hauthane L-3645 is a NMP-free, TEA-free, aliphatic, silicone-modified, polyester-based, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. Features: May be formulated into low surface tension coatings. Exceptional dye transfer resistance. Excellent abrasion resistance. Higher silicone content (-2X) than HD-2602. Crosslinkable for improved adhesion and performance. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethylether (DMM) and dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether (DPM) co-solvent.

Hauthane L-2357 is a branched, aliphatic, co-solvent free, polyether-based, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Medium hard, tough film. Polymer branching improves film resistance properties. Dries to clear, glossy, non-discoloring film. Dilution and cleanup of wet material with water.

Texicryl® 13-813 is a modified styrene acrylic copolymer designed for use in off-set overprinting varnishes. It has been formulated to give excellent gloss over print and superior holdout over unprinted areas. It may also be used for certain graphic arts applications to non-absorbent substrates.

Hauthane HD-2120 DMM (L-2882) is a very hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester polyurethane dispersion. Features: Superior adhesion to PVC. Excellent UV resistance. Exceptional alcohol resistance. Humidity resistance. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether cosolvent.

Hauthane L-2874 is a soft, non-ionic, aliphatic, polyether-based, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Compatibility with low pH acrylic emulsions. Forms soft, flexible films. May be crosslinked with melamine or isocyanates to improve water resistance. Contains very low level of dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM).

Hauthane HD-4638 is a soft, aliphatic, water-borne, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Superior flexibility. Soft, tough, flexible, dry film. Excellent UV resistance. Very good abrasion resistance.
