According to Regulation (EC) 41/2009 (from 20/07/2016 Implementing Regulation (EU) No 828/2014)Pregelatinized Rice Flour R90 gluten-free is suitable for people intolerant to gluten. Each batch is examined in an external laboratory and certified accordingly.
