MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2010/100 GF10 is a heat-stabilized, fast-solidifying, easy-release (demolding) and processing-stabilized, nucleated polyamide 6 with 10% glass fibers, designed for applications such as injection-molded parts, functional components, interior decoration/finishing, and exterior parts. It should be pre-dried at 80°C in a dry air (desiccant) dryer for 2-12 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of <0.15%. It should be processed with injection molding at a melt temperature of 270-290°C and a mold temperature of 80-100°C. It is suitable for market segments such as automotive, building, and construction.
