The recommended pre-drying conditions are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 100-110°C for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer 100-110°C for 4-8 hours with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%. The recommended processing injection molding parameters are a melt temperature of 250-280°C and a mold temperature of 70-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC+ABS 750/10 GF10 RD1016-05LB is a polycarbonate + Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Blend containing 10% glass fibers and special filler. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® WP POM 5020 TF 18029 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer containing 20% PTFE/Aramid, with improved sliding/wear features. It is approved by GMW15702 and should be processed with a melt temperature of 230-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL ECO D40 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate polymer (PP+EPDM) in black color with polymer recyclate special features, suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 70-80°C for 2-4 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.10%. Processing extrusion requires a melt temperature of 190-230°C and an indie temperature of 190-220°C.

Processing Injection molding melt temperature is 200-250°C and the mold temperature is 20-70°C. Ensure that the barrel and mold temperatures are properly set before starting the injection cycle.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A50I 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with natural color and black color that is used for injection molded parts. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance and hydrolysis resistance.
