MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA66 A 3020/100 GB20 is a heat-stabilized, easy-release (demolding), high-surface-gloss polyamide 66 with a 20% glass beads filler/additive system. For processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 280-300°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-120°C. It is suitable for use in automotive and machinery applications, producing injection-molded parts and functional components. It should be pre-dried with a dry air (dessicant) dryer at 80°C for 2-12 hours depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. It should then be stored in a dry, dark place, not exceeding 30°C.
