MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 2040/652 GF 40 UV CP is a Polypropylene Homopolymer pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. It is processed using Injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. It contains 40% glass fibers and is chemically coupled, UV stabilized, easy release (demolding), slip agent and heat stabilized. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/1 PTFE20 is a Polybutylene Terephthalate base polymer with 20% PTFE filler/additive system designed to improve sliding/wear and heat stability. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/8 GF30 PTFE15 is a heat-stabilized polypropylene homopolymer with a 30% glass fiber and 15% PTFE filler/additive system. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PBT 700/1.5 HR GF15 PTFE15 is a pre-drying conditions polymer with a base polymer of polybutylene terephthalate, a filler/additive system of 15% glass fibers and 15% PTFE, and special features of improved sliding/wear, high stiffness, good hydrolysis resistance, and heat stabilization. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/902 BK1224-20 is a Polystyrene impact grade injection molding grade with easy release (demolding) features. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 hours. It should be processed at a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C. It is suitable for applications in Automotive, electrical and electronic, and Machinery sectors and is typically used for injection molded parts such as bezels, profiles, and housings. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® WP POM 5020 TF 18029 is a Polyoxymethylene Copolymer containing 20% PTFE/Aramid, with improved sliding/wear features. It is suitable for functional components, bearings, and sliding elements in the Automotive and Machinery markets. For processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 190-230°C and a mold temperature of 60-120°C should be used.

MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9217-1 S is a polyphenylene sulfide base polymer filled with 65% glass fiber/mineral and is used in the automotive, machinery, and lighting market segments. It has special features such as high stiffness, hot oil resistance, and good hydrolysis resistance, and is typically used for highly stressed parts. Pre-drying conditions should be done in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on the moisture content. The recommended melt temperature for injection molding is 180-220°C and the mold temperature should be 60-120°C. It is suitable for building and construction, machinery, clothing/fasteners, and injection-molded parts applications. Pre-drying conditions must be 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-12 h depending on moisture content with a maximum moisture content of 0.15%. Processing temperature for injection molding should be between 270-290°C, mold temperature should be between 80-100°C, and it should be protected from light and stored at temperatures below 30°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1111-07 is a polymeric colorant made of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, with a dosage of 9.0% for extrusion and 9.0% for injection molding dependent on wall thickness and required color intensity, depending on application and operational area. MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function PP AO BL5045-19 is a blue colored pigment for use in Polypropylene, Polypropylene Homopolymer, and Polypropylene Copolymer. It has a dosage of 3.0% for extrusion and 3.0% for injection molding, depending on wall thickness and required color intensity.
