MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PP-H 4940/500 MR40 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer containing 40% talcum, antioxidant, heat stabilizer, impact modifier, processing stabilizer, easy release (demolding) agent, and recycled material. It is ideal for various injection molded parts. Pre-drying should be done in either a dry air (desiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. The melt temperature for Processing Injection molding should be 200-250°C and the mold temperature should be 20-70°C. Ensure that all components are completely dry before injection molding.
