MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9107-1 is an injection molding grade of Polyphenylene Sulfide base polymer with 40% glass fibers filler/additive system. The melt temperature should be 320-340°C and the mold temperature should be greater than 140°C. It has special features such as high toughness, reduced flash, and increased burst strength. Typical applications include pump components such as pump impellers. For optimal performance, it should be stored dry and protected from light at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
