MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60I 3EF0010 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) designed for injection molding. It has a melt temperature of 190-220°C, mold temperature of 10-60°C, and injection speed of middle to high. It has back pressure of >3 bar and a holding pressure of 50-70% of the injection pressure. It is easy to flow, has a high surface quality, and is weather-resistant, chemical-resistant, ozone-resistant, hot air and hydrolysis resistant.
