MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PA6 A 2003/712 GF3 IM UV is a polyamide 6 with a 3% glass fiber filler/additive system. It has been impact modified, fast solidifying, has easy demolding and is UV and processing stabilized. It is suitable for injection molding with a melt temperature of 250-270°C and a mold temperature of 40-80°C and is used in the automotive, machinery, building and construction and sport and leisure market segments. Typical applications include functional components and it should be stored dry, protected from light and not above 30°C.

LUPOLEN KONZENTRAT AB 20 GF is a high-quality additive designed for use in polyethylene low density. It contains an anti-blocking agent and silica as a filler/additive system. The recommended dosage for extrusion is 3-5%. It is important to store this product in a dry place and protect it from light.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PC A 1000/500 is a polycarbonate-based product with easy flow, heat stabilization, and easy release (demolding) features. It is suitable for various injection-molded parts. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D50I 2GP0050 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with excellent recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS FC 1000/106 BK1280-05 is a pre-dried Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with easy flow, processing stabilized and injection molding grade features. It has a maximum moisture content of less than 0.20%. The recommended pre-drying conditions are 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours and 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content. MOCOM Compounds TEDUR® L 9511-2 is a Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) base polymer filled with 45% glass fibers that offers high stiffness. For processing through injection molding, the melt temperature should be set between 270-310°C, and the mold temperature between 80-110°C. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® SAN A 1000/587.01 is a Styrene/Acrylonitrile/Copolymer that has improved stress cracking resistance, good chemical resistance, high stiffness, high surface gloss, easy release (demolding), and good flow. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® ABS 530/22 SV1287-04MCS is a Base Polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer with a metallic effect color. It has good flow and is typically used to make housings for domestic appliances. Pre-drying Conditions include 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours and 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours depending on moisture content. For processing Injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 220-260°C and the mold temperature should be between 50-80°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV OR1075-05LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that provides light scattering, high light diffusion, and translucency similar to RAL 2003. It is UV stabilized and approved by GS93016, suitable for automotive and lighting segment applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. For injection molding, the suggested melt temperature should be 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be 80-110°C.
