ALFATER® XL A80I 2FE0002

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A80I 2FE0002 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), black in color, with a high density and noise dampening properties. It is suitable for injection molding, with a melt temperature of 195-230°C and mold temperature of 10-70°C. It has good weathering resistance, is resistant to alkalis, has good ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for applications in the automotive, machinery, building and construction, and electrical and electronic sectors, and has a service temperature range of -40-125°C. For optimal performance, it should be stored dry, protected from light, and tightly sealed, preferably at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
