MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H A 4930/506 MR30 is a polypropylene homopolymer with a filler/additive system of 30% talcum and is heat-stabilized, and includes a slip agent for easy release (demolding). It is suitable for electrical and electronic parts, as well as injection molded parts. The processing of injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PS-HI A 1000/902 GY1231-20 is a base polymer of Polystyrene with impact, easy release (demolding), and injection molding grade features. It should be pre-dried in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h, and then an air circulating dryer at 60-80°C for 2-3 h. After drying, it should be processed for injection molding at a melt temperature of 180-260°C and a mold temperature of 10-70°C. It is used in automotive, electrical and electronic, and lighting market segments for lighting and light blocking components such as light guides and reflectors. The pre-drying conditions should include a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 100-110°C for 2-4 hours, and an air circulating dryer at 100-110°C for 4-8 hours, with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOLOR® Function ABS IM LS A WT1068-07 is a 9% injection molding and 9% extrusion grade Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer (ABS). It is designed to meet wall thickness and color intensity requirements for different applications and operational areas. The base polymer is Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer, and the filler/additive system is a laser sensitive additive, with a lubricant. The color is white, similar to RAL 9003 and RAL 9016, and the light fastness colorant is blue woolscale 8. It has special features such as being laser etchable (dark etching), impact modified, containing a slip agent, high additive content, free from cadmium, lead and diarylide pigments, high dispersibility, and dust-free. MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ECO PC 1000/521 IM UV is a polycarbonate base polymer with UV stabilization, easy release (demolding) and impact modification. It is suitable for pre-drying conditions at 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 100-120°C for 4-12 hours depending on moisture content (max. moisture content <0.02%). It has multiple market segments, including electrical and electronic, lighting, and various, and is suitable for exterior fixtures/fittings and various garden equipment and housings. To ensure optimal performance, it should be kept out of direct sunlight.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PBT FC 2015 17125 BL1118-17 is a Polybutylene Terephthalate base polymer containing 15% glass fibers and is blue in color. It is opaque and is used in the electrical and electronic, medical/personal care market segments for light blocking components. Typical applications include injection molded parts.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A50I 2GP0000 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with natural color and black color that is used for injection molded parts. It has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance and hydrolysis resistance. It has high stiffness, easy flow, and is suitable for injection molded parts, pump components, housings and parts in contact with drinking water. Pre-drying conditions should be in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 130-140°C for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content. When processing injection molding, a melt temperature of 320-340°C and a mold temperature of greater than 140°C should be used.
