AGITAN DF 6420 is a defoamer for solvent based systems. It provides the following properties: Versatile efficiency in non aqueous systems; Can be used as supplied; Easily disperses in most organic solvents.

TAFIGEL PUR 45 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 45 can be used alone or in combination with other TAFIGEL thickeners, as well as with further thickener technologies. Aqueous gloss paints, thickened with TAFIGEL PUR 45 show minimal pseudoplasticity, similar to the rheology of solvent borne systems. TAFIGEL PUR 45 is recommended for use in following systems: Interior and exterior paints, latex paints, anticorrosive paints, emulsion plasters, adhesives, printing inks and joint fillers.

EDAPLAN LA 452 reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems without increasing the foam formation. Thus substrate wetting, leveling and gloss are improved. EDAPLAN LA 452 is free of silicone and has no adverse effects on recoatability. This additive is compatible with all common resin systems.

EDAPLAN LA 413 is suitable for all non-aqueous and water reducible coating systems. It improves slip, scratch resistance and leveling. EDAPLAN LA 413 provides improved surface properties specifically in clear systems. It does not create foam and is resistant to hydrolysis.

AGITAN 295 is a surface active product formulated for middle viscous, finely dispersed pigmented coatings. Existing foam will be destroyed. Re-creation of foam will be avoided. Furthermore AGITAN 295 is also recommended for treatment of different types of polyvinylalcohol - solutions.

EDAPLAN LA 402 is suitable for all aqueous coating and printing ink systems. It is supplied as water insoluble acid and has to be neutralized before use. The polymer is compatible with all common resin systems.

TAFIGEL PUR 60 is designed as an "associative thickener" which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients. TAFIGEL PUR 60 provides strong pseudoplastic rheological profile with excellent shear thinning characteristics. Due to its specific composition METOLAT 285 can be either used as wetting agent or as defoamer. In aqueous, alkaline systems METOLAT 285 is used as wetting agent. It also improves substrate wetting and penetration of coatings into wood. METOLAT 285 is also an oil free and particle free defoamer for solving special foam problems.

EDAPLAN® LA 414 is suitable for water-based and solvent-based systems. The product provides excellent slip properties and improves leveling and scratch resistance. It does not influence recoatibility. EDAPLAN® LA 414 does not stabilize foam.

EDAPLAN® 482 is a solvent free wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments and extenders in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2K-systems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous and glycol containing resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 482 stabilizes dispersed pigments and extenders and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, color strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented. Base paints made with EDAPLAN® 482 show very good compatibility on tinting with pigment concentrates.

EDAPLAN 711 is a high molecular weight dispersing agent for solvent borne and high solid systems. It is designed for dispersing and stabilization of organic as well as inorganic pigments and carbon blacks.

METOLAT 288 provides excellent surface wetting without generating foam. The product is free of mineral oil and silicones. METOLAT 288 improves good wetting and increases leveling, especially in low viscosity systems.

AGITAN 315 is recommended for aqueous emulsion systems specifically for low odor formulations, architectural coatings, emulsion plasters, industrial and wood coatings, printing inks, adhesives and cleaners. It is compatible with all common binders.

METOLAT 1299 is a silicone-free wetting and leveling agent for water based systems. It improves surface wetting and enhances leveling of low viscous systems. It provides the following properties: Effective in hard or soft water up to 100°C; Effective over a wide pH range

EDAPLAN® 480 is a solvent free wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments and extenders in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacture of flood/float-free aqueous coatings systems (air dry and force dry, 2K-systems) as well as for the manufacture of aqueous and glycol containing resin-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN® 480 stabilizes dispersed pigments and extenders and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, color strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented. AGITAN 760 is a highly effective siloxane defoamer for aqueous emulsion and water reducible systems. It is particularly effective in aqueous printing inks. A non-ionic structure provides excellent compatibility with most common binders.

EDAPLAN® LA 415 is suitable for water-based and solvent-based systems. The product provides excellent slip properties and improves leveling and scratch resistance. EDAPLAN® LA 415 does not stabilize foam.
