The soluble fraction is concentrated and then dried by spray-drying process. It is a natural protein product and indicated as a food supplement in diets, as a substitute for milk of animal origin, in physiological (lactose) or religious (Kosher) restrictions. Due to its high solubility and neutral taste, it is recommended as a raw material in the manufacture of soy-based liquid drinks. Due to process control, the product becomes stable under aseptic filling conditions.
