Renegade Materials Corporation RM-2008 is a 250°F Curing Epoxy Prepreg System. A general purpose modified epoxy developed for ease of processing and excellent tack and drape characteristics. It is well-suited for 200°F dry or 160°F wet service environments . RM-2008 is processable by autoclave, vacuum bag/oven or compression molding. RM-2008 Epoxy prepregs are readily available in glass, quartz or carbon product forms, with small minimum order quantities and Renegade’s fastest lead times in the industry.

Renegade Materials Corporation RM-2005 is a 350°F Curing Toughened Epoxy Prepreg system. In response to widespread aerospace market demand for an alternative to industry-standard toughened epoxies, has developed the NEXT generation Toughened Epoxy Prepreg, optimized for both hand-lay-up and automated fiber placement (AFP) processing. RM-2005 is supported by an extensive mechanical property database on both carbon tape and fabric. Excellent mechanical performance and damage tolerance makes RM-2005 a superior choice for military or commercial structural applications. Renegade Materials Corporation RM-2014-LDK-TK is a 300°F (150°C) cure, modified epoxy prepreg system with very low dielectric and loss properties. RM-2014-LDk-TK provides good tack, drape and handling, and a great balance of mechanical properties.

Renegade Materials Corporation RM-3004 prepreg products offer an Out of Autoclave (OOA) option for processing BMI’s. This very unique chemistry can be processed into low-void, high quality, thick laminates with only a vacuum bag in the oven. Yet it still delivers excellent hot/wet performance and durability in airframe, missile and propulsion applications at service temperatures up to 400°F (204°C). RM-3004 (OOA) BMI delivers comparable damage tolerance at high temperatures to industry-standard Autoclave Processed BMI’s. Although developed for structural applications, RM-3004 also offers some unique advantages for tooling. Renegade precision-quality prepregs exhibit excellent handling characteristics and are available in woven and unidirectional form on various fibers including carbon, quartz and S2 glass. A wide variety of nano-materials can be incorporated into this resin system for tailored laminate properties and multi-functional performance. Renegade has formulated compatible BMI Paste Adhesive products (RM-3006, RM-3007) for use with RM-3004 prepregs.
