PEXIDAN® L/T-UV is a high density PEX system consisting of a silane grafted basecompound A-1001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-003 (or A-1022 and CAT-117). When mixed and extruded in the proper proportions, the two-component system results in a material that is crosslinkable by exposure to moisture or by immersion in hot water at 90-95°C. PEXIDAN® L/T is listed by NSF International to standards 14 and 61 and to Canadian Standards Association standard B137.5. NSFI certification to ASTM F876 and ASTM F2023 testifies to its superior resistance to oxidation by hot, chlorinated water. PEXIDAN® L/T is permitted to be used in domestic continuous re-circulation systems and is listed by NSF as a NSF-pw CL5 / PEX 5006 material.

THERMODAN® HF TP870BU has been developed specially to meet general requirements of BS 7655 Section 6.1 type LTS 1.

THERMODAN® HF TP832 has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655 Section 6 for types LTS1, 2, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables sheathed with TP832 have received LPCB approval.

It can be extruded using PVC extruders and screws. It possesses excellent tensile and flame retardant properties and meets the requirements of limited toxic and corrosive fume emission

SACO AEI Polymers THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 NT is a flame retardant non-halogen thermoplastic wire and cable compound. It is designed for use in a variety of jacketing applications. This compound has superior fire performance including slow flame propagation, low smoke production and low smoke corrosivity. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212NT can be used as a jacket compound on cables recognized under UL 1277 tray cables and can pass flame retardant requirements set forth under UL 1685, IEEE 1202 and FT-4. THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 NT is recognized under UL 2885 as being halogen free. It is natural in color and UV resistant.

THERMODAN® HF TP870NU has been developed specially to meet general requirements of BS 7655 Section 6.1 type LTS 1.

THERMODAN® HF TP 543CBT has been developed specially to comply with the requirements of BS7655- 6.1 for types LTS1, 3 and 4; EN 50290-2-27 and HD 604 for type HM2 and HD 604 for type HM4. Cables made with TP543C have complied with IEC 60332, part 22, 23 & 24 – 1 and 3 fire tests.

THERMODAN® HF TP343NT is a Patent Pending High Performance, Low Smoke Halogen-Free, Thermoplastic Wire and Cable Compound. This compound has superior fire performance, low smoke production and contains no halogens. When used as a jacket for Fiber Optic Cables, TP343NT can assist the cable maker in meeting the stringent new European CPR Regulations at the B2ca Classification (Cable Design Dependant | Actual Results May Vary). THERMODAN® HF TP343NT is natural in color, UV resistant, and is certified Halogen Free by UL to UL2885

EXTINITY® 0101-205 is a natural, non-halogen flame retardant RoHS polyolefin compound. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing and coating applications. This compound has superior fire performance; including slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics, and low smoke production. EXTINITY® 0101-205 should be extruded with a screw configuration designed to optimize process conditions and throughput.

THERMODAN® HF 0103-212 BK is a black, non-halogen thermoplastic wire and cable compound. It is designed for use in a wide variety of jacketing applications. This compound has superior fire performance; including slow flame propagation, self-extinguishing characteristics, and low smoke production. It is suitable for use as a jacket compound for cables recognized under UL 1277 tray cables and can pass flame retardant requirements set forth under UL 1685, IEEE 1202 and FT-4. PEXIDAN® R/T is a low density XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-009. Mixed in the proper proportions (95/5) the two components result in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. PEXIDAN® R/T is listed with the Canadian Standards Association for use in RW-90 and RWU-90 XLPE applications and rated to -40ºC. PEXIDAN® R/T is non-flame-retardant, halogen-free and RoHS-compliant.

PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is a low density XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a catalyst masterbatch CAT-288UV. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions (95:5), the two-component blend results in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture. Insulation made with PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is rated to -40ºC and may be marked Sunlight Resistant (“-SR”) in all colors and in all sizes per CSA C22.2 No. 38. PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is suitable for CSA Type RPV90 and RPVU90 photovoltaic wire per C22.2 No. 271. PEXIDAN® R/T-UV2 is non-flame-retardant, halogen-free and RoHS-compliant
