VINNAPAS® SAF 608 is a water-based dispersion containing a fine-particle-sized copolymer of styrene and acrylic acid ester. It has a solid content of 50%. This product is manufactured without the inclusion of coalescents, organic solvents, plasticizers, or compounds containing alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO). It exhibits excellent penetration into porous substrates and offers great flexibility.

Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.
