WACKER® NE 4720 is an anionic oil-in-water emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It has a low viscosity and can be easily diluted with water. WACKER® NE 4720 exhibits excellent wetting properties on various substrates. Importantly, it does not cause stress crack corrosion when in contact with acrylic glass or polycarbonates.

WACKER® L 656 is an aminoalkyl-functional polydimethylsiloxane. Compared to other curable amino silicone fluids, it demonstrates improved storage stability, both in its pure form and in ready-to-use formulations. This makes WACKER® L 656 an excellent choice as a component for rinse-off agents in automatic car washes.

WACKER® E35 60000 is a 35% emulsion of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It is designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, car and furniture polish, and other specialty product applications. The E5 series emulsions contain sodium nitrite as a corrosion inhibitor. These emulsions should not be used in contact with amines.

LIOSIL® eco MQ 803 is derived from the co-hydrolysis of tetraalkoxy silane (Q unit) and trimethylalkoxy silane (M unit). Its chemical structure can be described as a three-dimensional network of polysilicic acid units that are terminated with trimethylsilyl groups. Additionally, LIOSIL® eco MQ 803 contains residual ethoxy and hydroxy functional groups.

SILFOAM® SD 170 A is an anhydrous antifoam agent based on organofunctional silicone fluid compounds that exhibit high compatibility with organic systems. SILFOAM® SD 170 A has significant foam knockdown and excellent sustaining antifoam power. It is recommended for all organic systems that require a compatible antifoam agent.

WACKER® L 654 is a solvent-based system that comprises a reactive polydimethylsiloxane and an aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. The curing rate and film flexibility of WACKER® L 654 can be adjusted to meet specific requirements by combining it with the non-reactive WACKER® L 656.

WACKER® MQ 803 TF is a co-hydrolysis product of tetraalkoxy silane (Q unit) and trimethylalkoxy silane (M unit). Its chemical structure forms a three-dimensional network of polysilicic acid units, which are endblocked with trimethylsilyl groups. The product contains residual ethoxy and hydroxy functions. The average molecular weight can be precisely controlled by adjusting the ratio of M and Q units, with WACKER® MQ 803 TF having a ratio of approximately 0.67. WACKER® MQ 803 TF is a pure white powder that is manufactured to be largely free of volatile impurities, containing only trace amounts of aliphatic hydrocarbons. The product's low presence of fine dust particles and its uniform spherical particle shape contribute to its excellent rheological properties, particularly its flowability. As a result, common powder processing techniques such as bottling, conveying, and metering are simplified.

WACKER® E 10 is a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. This product serves as a universal release agent in rubber processing and is also suitable for formulating paint and plastic conditioners. The active agent in WACKER® E 10 facilitates easy polishing of conditioner formulations and enhances their brightness.

WACKER® E 37 is a nonionic or anionic oil-in-water emulsion that contains a combination of polydimethylsiloxanes and silicone resins as its active ingredient. SILRES® WH 101 A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of a functional silicone resin. It can be applied as-is or as a formulated product to serve as a water-repellent treatment. SILRES WH 101 A improves substrate longevity when applied over wood or many other materials.

WACKER® E 1044 is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane available as a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion. LIOSIL® HC 603 E is a water-based silicone emulsion that is finely dispersed to an extremely small particle size in the nanometer range. It can be conveniently diluted with water or seamlessly incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. LIOSIL® HC 603 E is specifically manufactured to contain a low content of low molecular weight cyclic siloxanes, such as D4, D5, D6 (below 500 ppm).

Before mixing with organic softeners, a compatibility test is recommended. WACKER® E 110 serves as a sewing thread lubricant for polyester yarns used on high-speed sewing machines, reducing friction between the fibers.

WACKER® L 653 is an aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. Unlike other curable amino silicone fluids, it offers improved storage stability both in its pure form and in ready-to-use formulations. WACKER® L 653 finds application in paint conditioners and paint polishes, delivering enhanced gloss and detergent resistance.
