VINNAPAS® DPN 36T is especially suitable as a binder for glass fiber fabrics.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is a solvent-free, free-flowing silicone rubber designed for stiff textile coatings. It undergoes additional curing and is particularly suitable for applications that require strong adhesion. This product exhibits high additive tolerance, resulting in only a moderate increase in viscosity when mixed with adhesion promoters. As a result, ELASTOSIL® LR 6360 F is well-suited for textile coatings that have demanding adhesion requirements.

SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.

SILRES® BS 310 is a solventless emulsion that can be thinned with water. It consists of polysiloxane modified with a functional silicone resin. This product is specifically designed to be added to aqueous masonry coatings and primers, either during or after their manufacture. When used undiluted, SILRES® BS 310 serves as an additive for aqueous indoor paints or coatings. Its purpose is to enhance the workability of the paint or coating, resulting in improved application properties. DEHESIVE® 955 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable, two-component silicone system recommended for release coatings. It offers excellent release stability, excellent anchorage to polyester films, and a good bath life. DEHESIVE® 955 can be used for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

WACKER® Silicate MKS is an ethyl silicate binder suitable for the formulation of one-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers. These primers are excellent anti-corrosive coatings. WACKER® Silicate MKS is a binder with outstanding anti-setting properties. Paints formulated with it are easy to stir up, even if they have been stored for a long time.

DEHESIVE® SF 500 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is part of a multi-component system. Combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and others, it is used to apply a release coating on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a release coating for paper and filmic pressure-sensitive laminates. Examples include uses for single- and double-sided industrial release laminates.

SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. WACKER® 50550/8 VP is a waxy, alkyl-modified polysiloxane known for its hydrolysis resistance and strong affinity to different substrates. SILRES® MPF 52 E is an emulsion of methoxy functional-terminated silicone resin that contains methyl phenyl groups. It possesses several special features, including good heat stability, fast air drying, good hardness, and compatibility with organic binders. Additionally, it helps improve the weather resistance of coatings or paints.

SILRES® KX is a medium-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin that is supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene. Its primary application is as a binder for highly heat-resistant coatings. SILRES® KX can be used effectively as a binder for various types of coatings. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, and when applied, it dries without being tacky. The resin can also undergo heat curing, further enhancing its performance. SILRES® KX is particularly well-suited for highly-filled coatings, allowing for the incorporation of a high level of fillers while maintaining excellent properties and durability.

WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is an ethyl silicate polymer. It is a low-viscosity liquid that provides approximately 41% of silicon dioxide (silica) upon complete hydrolysis. WACKER® Silicate TES 40 WN is used for the precipitation of polymeric SiO2 structures (silica) upon complete hydrolysis, with ethanol being produced as a by-product.

VINNOL® H 40/60 is a copolymer composed of approximately 61 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 39 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Primarily, it serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic binder, VINNOL® H 40/60 undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent in the formulation evaporates.

SILRES® MSE 100 is the methyl ester of a mixture of different oligomeric methylsilicates. It is a methoxyfunctional methyl polysiloxane. SILRES® MSE 100 is specifically recommended as an ambient-temperature moisture-curing binder for heat-resistant paints. When combined with suitable catalysts, temperature-stable pigments, and fillers, SILRES® MSE 100 becomes the optimal binder for ambient-curing, heat-resistant paints.

DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® SF 201 AMA® allow for use with temperature-sensitive substrates or comparatively low platinum levels at standard conditions.

SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters.
