118-06-F is a B-staged, electrically conductive, transferable, epoxy adhesive film. The 118-06-F Series was developed with wafer manufacturing in mind. Some other applications for 118-06-F include, but are not limited to, conductive splicing of ribbon cables, PTF circuits, and electrical attachment of SMD devices, as well as the assembling electrical and electronic components. This system features excellent thermal stability and high temperature properties. This product has been formulated to have improved handling in the B-staged form. Tack-Free ESP 7455 is an alumina-filled, epoxy film adhesive designed for bonding component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. The dry, tack-free handling of the film makes it suitable for an automated assembly. The adhesive film has very low ionic impurities of less than 10 ppm and high thermal stability with TGA degradation at 450°C. ESP7455 has good thermal conductivity. The extra low Tg of -60°C helps to minimize thermal stress on the bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing from -55 to 150°C.

117-33 is a flexible, electrically conductive, silicone pressure sensitive adhesive. The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide range of fastening and bonding applications. This product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. Some applications for 117-33 include, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 117-33 is one of the few conductive adhesives that can bond to silicone substrates and surfaces. UV-8509R is a non-sag, fast curing, urethane acrylate that bonds well to engineered plastics and metal based substrates. This product requires direct UV exposure during cure. Because of the variability of different UV light sources it is suggested that the user test and specify UV intensity and exposure time. This material is specially formulated to have reduced surface tack due to oxygen inhibition.

Turbo Fuse Series 110 - Low Odor/Low Bloom advanced formula is designed to polymerize instantly by absorbing surface moisture. The product's performance has been tested with a variety of materials, and is recommended for a multitude of applications. The fast curing qualities make it especially desirable in high speed industrial production. Turbo Fuse is ideal for use in applications that require good "wicking" characteristics and/or in close fitting applications. The Low Odor/Low Bloom formula is widely used in the Aerospace, Automotive and Electronic industries.

EG7635 is a alumina filled, electrically insulating and thermally conductive rigid epoxy paste adhesive. While bonding at ambient temperature can be achieved overnight, elevated temperatures will accelerate curing, exponentially. EG7635 high thermal conductivity and high strength makes it excellent for bonding substrates, components and heat sinks where thermal management is critical. It has more than 15 years of proven records of providing bonding to difficult substrates. EG7635 exibits reduced bond strength at 80-100°C for easier rework.

Tack-Free ESP8350 is a reworkable, silver-filled, epoxy film adhesive. It is designed for bonding component and substrate to a mismatched substrate or carrier. This novel, B-staged electrically conductive adhesive offers excellent reworkability from 80 to 150°C. The dry, tack-free handling of the film makes it suitable for an automated assembly. ESP8350 has excellent thermal conductivity. Its low Tg adhesive imposes minimum thermal stress on bonded parts during thermal cycling or shock testing. This frilm is reinforced with 1.5 mil fiberglass.

STG-40 is a non-reactive, Silicone, Thermally Conductive Grease with a high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance with a soft, non-flowable consistency. This product is formulated with specialty binding agents to achieve lowest amount of bleed and evaporations. It is designed for applications where a silicone thermal interface material is required and where the device may later need to be easily removed from the heat sink. This compound is ideally suited for use in thin cross-sectional thicknesses down to ≤1 mil.

HTG-72TC is our highest temperature resistance thermal grease along with very high thermal conductivity. It is a heavily filled system with heat conductive metal oxides. This combination promotes high thermal conductivity, low bleed and high-temperature stability. These compounds resist changes in consistency at temperatures up to 360°C, maintaining a positive heat sink seal to improve heat transfer from the electronic device to the heat sink or chassis, thereby, increasing the overall efficiency of the device.

SetWORX™ 411HP is a toughened, high strength, industrial grade structural epoxy adhesive. This adhesive has an excellent combination of shear and peel strength. 411HP is a one component, heat cure, conductive epoxy adhesive. It has also excellent impact and vibration resistance and low temperature flexibility. This high-performance epoxy adhesive exhibits very good physical, thermal, and electrical insulation properties. EB-155 is an undiluted, unfilled, low viscosity clear epoxy system that exhibits exceptional resistance to impact and thermal shock. This system has low exotherm and long work life. Applications includes, high bond strength adhesive for most similar and dissimilar substrates; LED displays, any fiber optic application. It can also be used for making in-place laminates or for protective coating on metals etc. Also it can be used for semi-rigid, moisture proof, gas tight seals between plastic and metallic or other substrates. This is also recommended for potting devices such as connector shells from which rigid or flexible wires may protrude directly through the epoxy.

Turbo Fuse 110 ME, Methyl metal cyanoacrylate adhesive is designed to polymerize instantly by absorbing surface moisture. This cyanoacrylate adhesive is specifically formulated to bond various metals including aluminum, stainless steel, and copper, to itself and to a variety of materials including wood, balsa wood, rubber, plastics and leather.

128-26 is a pourable, thermally conductive, silicone adhesive and potting compound suitable for application by stamping, screen printing, stencil printing, and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kynar, Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces and is very resistant to flexing and creasing.
