ABchimie™ 746E UV LED is a single transparent component designed to protect printed circuit boards in harsh environments. It has dual cure technology (UV/LED - humidity) for shadow crosslinking. ABchimie746E UV LED can be applied using a brush, pad printing, spray machine, and, of course, a selective coating machine, which is the best method. Because of our system's low viscosity, we can limit the thickness to around 80 microns.

Sealitt™ A-46 is a high performance, high and low temperature one-part thin coat sealant and architectural clear coat for metals such as copper, stainless steel, aluminum, glass, ceramics, composites and plastics. A typical single coating of 0.002” (5mm) thick provides excellent corrosion protection, with a pinhole free coating in a single 0.002” thick application. Cop- per test plates, after 6 months exposure to heavy winter rains showed no signs of corrosion or loss of architectural quality and no degredation from sun exposure.

2K550 flame-retardant abrasion resistant conformal coating is a solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coating. It has been carefully formulated to combine the protection and properties of an encapsulation resin, while keeping the ease of application of a conformal coating. 2K550 is formulated for application using specially designed applicators from both PVA (VPX-2KS) and Nordson Asymtek (Latest in the AM Range) selective coating machines. 2K550 is applied more thickly than the average coating (150-350μm) providing excellent edge coverage over component leads and packages, while its extreme flexibility prevents cracking during thermal shock testing.

Umicore UCS_Ge_01 combines a high transmission with a low reflection and moderate environmental resistance, this coating is best suited for internal surfaces applications. Umicore can successfully apply HEAR coatings to Germanium, Silicon, Zinc Selenide, and Gasir® substrates.

2K350 flame retardant conformal coating is a high performance two part and solvent-free coating. It is based on a polyurethane conformal coating which has been carefully formulated to combine the best protection and properties of an encapsulation resin, with the best properties of a conformal coating.

Duct-O-Seal is a non-flammable one component sealer is a non-toxic formulation designed to adhere most substrates. Tested for all electrical cable sheathing and will not affect the conduits.

NuSil™ CF5-3521-2 is fluorosilicone elastomer. Use as a coating, sealant, adhesive or molding material in applications requiring solvent resistance.

Promosolv™ Coat UT10-UV is a transparent hydrophobic and oleophobic ultrathin coating designed to protect electronics and other surfaces from moisture, corrosion, and other environmental conditions that could compromise the device's or surface's reliability. Adheres well to a wide range of substrates including plastic, glass, metal, and ceramic. In order to support quality control, this product is formulated with a UV tracer for easy detection under UV light.

Tulco INC HM-150 is for low to moderate thickening, free flowing, anti-caking and silicone rubber application.

POLYURETHANE POWDER is a ideal coating for very smooth finish at relatively low film thickness. Polyurethanes offer great resistance to weathering and UV exposure. Not recommended for applications involving heavy film builds due to declining mechanical properties.

HumiSeal® 1B31 is a fast drying, single component, acrylic conformal coating that provides excellent moisture and environmental protection for printed circuit assemblies. HumiSeal® 1B31 demonstrates excellent flexibility, fluoresces under UV light for ease of inspection and is easily repaired. HumiSeal® 1B31 coating is MIL-I-46058C qualified, IPC-CC-830 and RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC compliant.

Green Belting 179-20S has superior adhesion to itself to withstand the extreme conditions of metalizing and plasma spray operations. This high temperature, abrasion resistant multi-ply tape is made with a silicone/glass layer laminated to a heavy gage aluminum foil. Perma-New™ V-2 Class (UV-c​​ured) Coatings are proprietary formulations of UV-curable monomers in alcohol solvents. Typically, they will be colorless to pale amber liquids containing 20-50% solids (i.e., polymerizable and non-volatile materials, not including solvents). The percentage of solids is adjusted to match the intended application method. These coatings will adhere to many kinds of plastics without requiring a primer. At a target thickness of 4 to 12 microns, when fully cured, this class of coating will resist 5 double rubs under firm thumb pressure with #0000 steel wool, with few or no visible scratches. even on polycarbonate. Taber abrasion resistance on acrylic or polycarbonate will be outstanding compared to uncoated plastic.

Techspray's AR Acrylic Conformal Coating is Fine-L-Kote AR Acrylic Conformal Coating. Acrylic Conformal Coating is a low-cost conformal coating for PCB protection. Fine-L-Kote AR is HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) free, which means it does not contain common coating solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, and MEK. This improves the usability and safety of the coating.

Miller-Stephenson Chemical MS-470C Urethane Conformal Coatings is a non-flammable, solvent-based, one-component polyurethane conformal coating provided in the convenience of aerosol. Our coating provides excellent electrical and barrier properties in a thinfilm applications on components and PCBs. When fully cured, the applied urethane coating exhibits superior toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent moisture and chemical resistance. MS-470C will maintain its properties even after long exposure to the elements with minimal color change.

Huangshan Huahui Technology Triglycidyl Isocyanurate (Electronic Grade) HT 801 is an isocyanurate based crystaline polyepoxide compound. It has good heat resistance, weather resistance, adhesion and high temperature stability..

Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).

BRITOL X-575 (75% Solid) is Liquid Epoxy Resin. Used as Chemical Resistant Air Dry & Bake Coatings, Electro Technical Users, Reinforced Plastics, Electrical Laminates.

Cast-Coat Inc. CC3-208 Clear is a general purpose transparent epoxy coating which can be easily applied by brush, dip or spray. It offers high resistance to water and chemical attack. For continuous high heat or corrosive chemical exposure, Ancamine Z curing agent is recommended, but for most applications requiring room temperature cure, H-1 Hardener is ideal. Build up of 2 – 5 mils is typical for single applications. Multiple applications can be achieved without loss of adhesion between coats. CC3-208 contains solvents which evaporate during cure.

Huangshan Huahui Technology Outdoor Matting Agent HM3326 is a matting agent synthesized from tailor-made macromolecule resin and modified microcrystal wax under the complex catalysis of amido.

Electrolube 2KPB conformal coating reaction agent is required for Electrolube's innovative €˜2K' two part conformal coating systems and the next generation of UV Cure conformal coatings. Used in a similar fasion to traditional thinners, 2KPB0 is used at the correct mix ration during application via selective coating machine. Where 2KPB differs from the traditional thinner is that it contains the reaction agent required for the coating to commence curing, similar to how the Part B works in a resin system. Available in a 1 or 5 Liter, 2KPB is added to the 2K range Part A or the latest UVCL range, please check the TDS of the Product to see the suggested mix ratio's.

2K300 high temperature conformal coating is a highly elastic, solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coating. It has been carefully formulated to combine the best protection and properties of a resin, while keeping the ease of application and cost effectivness of a conformal coating. Applied more thickly than the average coating, it provides excellent edge coverage, even in tight spaces while its extreme flexibility offers protection even around delicate components.

HumiSeal® 1A33 is a single component, polyurethane conformal coating, suitable for general printed circuit board applications. HumiSeal® 1A33 contains no free isocyanates and fluoresces under UV light for inspection purposes. HumiSeal® 1A33 coating is MIL-I-46058C qualified, IPC-CC-830B and RoHS Directive 2011/65/EC compliant and recognized under UL File Number E105698.
