SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

ELASTOSIL® RT 745 S" A/B" is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. It is an addition-curing type, making it suitable for various applications. The product cures at room temperature and under heat to yield a soft elastomer. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2205 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

ELASTOSIL® RT 705 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part silicone that cures with heat. It is primarily used for potting and coating applications but can also be used as a surface adhesive when applied in a thin layer, such as by silk-screen printing. Once cured, ELASTOSIL® RT 705 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and demonstrates long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230 °C (446 °F) without sustaining any damage.

WACKER SilGel® 612 EH A/B is a two-part, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It is a modified version of WACKER SilGel® 612, offering increased hardness and reactivity. ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is a flowable material with resistance against casting resins, making it suitable for various applications such as encapsulation of electronic components, all-round potting compound, and mold making in reproduction molding.

ELASTOSIL® N 2010 is a self-leveling, one-component silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It is a ready-to-use, acid- and solvent-free, non-corrosive RTV-1 (room temperature vulcanizing, 1-component) silicone rubber suitable for many applications. It possesses low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. The modular system of SEMICOSIL® 912 allows for flexible adjustment of the pot life and curing time by selecting from different catalysts. It is important to note that there is no binding between the base and catalyst, providing versatility in usage.

ELASTOSIL® E6 N CSC is a flowable one-part silicone rubber for potting or coating applications, and it is particularly suitable for the surface impregnation of porous natural materials. When exposed to air moisture, the product cures at room temperature to yield a permanently flexible silicone rubber with good mechanical and release properties. Perfectly suited for lamination, coating, and thin-film potting, the material reliably fills small gaps and voids thanks to its self-leveling properties.

SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and exhibits very low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. This product offers fast curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -100 °C to +200 °C. Additionally, it has a low ion content, ensuring high purity in applications.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber specifically designed for coating, lamination, encapsulation, and molding applications. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. GENIOSIL® XL 70 is a clear, colorless liquid known as an alkoxyarylsilane. When exposed to moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis, leading to the formation of silanols and the release of methanol. These silanols can further react to form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® XL 70 finds applications in building & construction adhesives and flooring installation.

ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2202 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product vulcanizes at room temperature to yield a very soft silicone gel. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2202 A/B demonstrates pronounced inherent tack and excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight. ELASTOSIL® RT 722 RB A/B is a thixotropic, two-component silicone sealing adhesive that cures to an elastomer through thermal curing. It is specifically designed for various sealing applications. This product is well-suited for use as a sealing adhesive for electronic control units, as well as for FIPG (formed-in-place gasket) applications in plastic and metal housings. It can also be used as a dam material for dam-and-fill applications and for sealing and gasketing of housings.

ELASTOSIL® RT 563 is a pourable, room-temperature-vulcanizing, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber. It exhibits excellent flow and high hardness. This product is specifically designed for encapsulating electronic components. To initiate the curing process, Catalyst T37 can be added for longer pot lives and curing times, or Catalyst T40 for shorter pot lives and curing times.

GENIOSIL® GF 82 is an epoxy-functional alkoxysilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a characteristic odor similar to gasoline. It hydrolyzes slowly in the presence of water, releasing ethanol, and forms silanols that can react with themselves to produce siloxanes or bind to inorganic substrates. The epoxy group on GENIOSIL® GF 82 can undergo a ring-opening reaction with nucleophiles such as alcohols and amines.

ELASTOSIL® RT K is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is specifically designed for reproduction molding applications. This silicone rubber utilizes condensation-curing technology and has a low viscosity, making it easy to pour and work with. ELASTOSIL® RT K is a two-component product, ensuring proper curing and performance. It is well-suited for reproduction molding processes.

ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 602 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits a medium hardness and excellent heat stability. This product is suitable as a general purpose encapsulant.

ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits high hardness and excellent heat stability. Additionally, it is flame retardant, making it suitable for general purpose encapsulation. This product can also be used as a potting material for electrical coils of lifting magnets and for slot exit potting of electrical coils.

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 772 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. ELASTOSIL® E70 is a flowable, one-component, acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It is a high-temperature-resistant grade for sealing and bonding applications under high thermal stress.

POWERSIL® GEL A/B is a pourable, two-component silicone mixture that cures at room temperature to form a transparent, very soft silicone gel. The resulting vulcanizate exhibits excellent mechanical damping properties, providing effective vibration absorption. Additionally, this gel is non-bleeding, ensuring its stability and integrity over time.
