Semitron® ESd 490HR Polyetheretherketone PEEK electro static dissipative shapes offer similar physical properties as Semitron® ESd 480 PEEK, but exhibit a higher resistivity value in the 10E8 to 10E10 ohms per square range. SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. Stanyl® TW341 B-MB is a high-performance polyamide 46 used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. It is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding. Special features include being heated, stabilized, and lubricated.

MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL D40I 2GP0000 is a black thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) with good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, and hot air resistance.
