INFINAM® PEEK 9359 F is a filament created by extruding natural-colored VESTAKEEP® polyether ether ketone (PEEK) resin. This semi-crystalline polymer boasts exceptional thermal and chemical resistance. This material finds application in various industries, including aerospace and automotive. When used with fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology, it offers advantages such as reduced material consumption, improved mechanical properties of printed parts, and greater design flexibility for our customers.

PETG is a high-strength transparent thermoplastic with excellent moisture and chemical resistance. It does not require a heated print bed, is easy to use, and has low shrinkage and minimal odor. It is excellent for applications where strong, transparent prints are desired, and it is widely used in mechanical parts fabrication and robotics. Z-SUPPORT High-Temp is a breakaway support filament designed to withstand high temperatures necessary for printing polymers like Z-PEEK, Z-PEI 1010, or Z-PEI 9085. The material ensures high rigidity when the printing process is underway to guarantee appropriate stability to the structures of the model. When the printing is done and the model cools down, Z-SUPPORT High-Temp becomes more brittle which makes support removal easier. This way, Z-SUPPORT High-Temp serves double purpose. First, high-performance polymers have mechanical properties comparable to metals so using them to print support structures makes support removal almost impossible. Second, such materials are usually expensive so wasting them on printing supports is quite inefficient. Breakaway Z-SUPPORT HT is there to solve both those problems.

With Ultimaker PC filament, you can print strong and tough parts thatretain dimensional stability when subjected to temperatures as high as110 °C. Our PC is engineered to be printed at moderate temperaturescompared to other PC filaments and shows minimized warping to providea seamless 3D printing experience.

Polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is an amorphous high performance thermoplastic offering better impact resistance and chemical resistance than PEI. PPSU can operate in temperatures up to 180Cᵒ. PPSU has superior hydrolysis resistance when compared to other amorphous thermoplastics as measured by steam autoclaving cycles, it has virtually unlimited steam sterilizability. It also resists common acids and bases over a broad temperature range. Applications are; Aerospace, Aircraft, Automotive, Dental, Medical, Surgical instruments. The PPSU filament is based on the technology of Solvay.

The Nanovia PEI filament, based on Ultem 1010 plastics, allows for high heat resistance and thermal stability. Nanovia PEI is resistant to autoclave operation, sterilization cycles, and adapted for tooling able to resist high temperatures. It is perfectly suited for industrial applications in high temperature environments and composite tooling.

Z-SUPPORT ATP is a soluble support filament designed with high thermal stability in mind. It does not dissolve in pure water, but in a mild alkaline solution created with Z-SUPPORT ATP Activator. Thanks to that, the material is much less sensitive to ambient moisture.

This grade exhibits faster crystallization rates and is able to develop improved heat-resistance in 3D printed parts. Printed parts made from this PLA can be heat treated, which can obtain properties that exceed ABS. To achieve a heat treat on a printed part, submerge in water (or bake in oven) at 80-130C for up to 30 minutes. Manufactured in the USA using High Heat PLA 3D850 resin. This material is a great substitute for normal PLA when greater heat resistance and impact strength is desired.

Extrudr PETG transparent orange is one of the world‘s most common thermoplastic polymers. Extrudr PETG was developed for a wide range of applications where the main requirement is a good balance between mechanical and optical material properties. The raw material is approved according to the FDA-, REACH- and RoHS-Standards. PETG is flame retardant according to UL 94 at a wall thickness of 3.2 mm.
