ECP 575/JSF182/182 Permanently Conductive Clear Two Pack Water-based Epoxy Graphene Paint for use in the electronics industry where ESD (electrostatic discharge) is to be avoided, ECP 575/JSF182/182 is a high quality waterborne two-pack epoxy system. Environmentally friendly it offers the advantage of low odor and easy cleaning of equipment with water. ECP 575/JSF182/182 finds applications in such areas as floor coatings, particularly where the previous coating is unknown as solvent will attack many coatings causing them to lift.

FLASHBOND™ UV-3700F is a filled, low shrinkage, light curing epoxy adhesive that offers low CTE and high bonds strength. UV-3700F cures to a high Tg, rigid polymer with excellent adhesive to metals, ceramics, and glass. This filled system is excellent for when low viscosity systems are not ideal. Due to the variability of different UV/LED light sources, it is suggested that the user test and specify intensity and exposure time. This product will cure in the presence of visible light (400- 415nm).

127-41-25 is a screen printable, UV curable, flexible, ultraviolet-cured anisotropic conductive pressure sensitive adhesive. This material can be used on a variety of substrates including but not limited to polycarbonate, treated and untreated polyesters, Kapton, epoxy/glass PC boards, glass, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. Staticide® 8699 Heat Sink Grease is used to maximize heat transfer and dissipation from electronic and electrical components. 120-07(LPS) is a screen-printable, electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive suitable for application by stamping, screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kynar, Kapton, Mylar, polycarbonate, glass and can also be used on low surface energy coatings such as transparent conductive oxides. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing. 124-19C119-44 is a pre-catalyzed, low temperature curing, silver-filled epoxy adhesive. 124- 19C119-44 is designed to be used for making electrical and mechanical attachments of electrical components and devices, when shorts between closely spaced contact pads are a concern. 124-19C119-44 provides for electrical conductivity in the Z-axis while remaining electrically insulating in the X-axis and Y-axis and maintaining a 0.0005-inch bondline. The SI Series is opaque, glossy, flexible, and exceptionally resistant to abrasion. SI Series Inks are available in 8 standard colors. It is designed for applications where a silicone thermal interface material is required and where the device may later need to be easily removed from the heat sink. This compound is ideally suited for use in thin cross-sectional thicknesses down to ≤ 1 mil.

It is a Single component permanently conductive graphene hybrid clear acrylic coating that provides effective static elimination for electronics safe handling area and explosive atmosphere applications. Fully compliant with BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 and ATEX. Contains carbon nanotubes and graphene derivatives.

111-27 is an electrically insulating coating and encapsulant suitable for application by spraying, dipping, syringe dispensing, pouring, and screen printing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, glass, and a variety of other surfaces. Unlike conventional insulating materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing when used as a coating. Some applications for 111-27 include, but are not limited to, insulating polyimide flexible circuits, polymer thick film circuitry, environmental and humidity protection of surface mount components, insulating and diffusive layers of LEDs, and membrane switches. 111-27 also protects components from moisture, salts, and abrasion and features a high surface hardness with good toughness which reduces the risk of stress-fracturing bonded components. 111-27 is suitable for UV inspection.Features High dielectric strength coating

124-33-F is an electrically conductive, transferable, thermoplastic adhesive film. Some applications for the 125-33- F series include, but are not limited to, conductive splicing of ribbon cables, PTF circuits, and electrical attachment of SMD devices, as well as the assembly of electrical and electronic components. This system features excellent thermal stability and high temperature properties. This product has been formulated to have improved handleability. This product is available in thicknesses from 1 to 5 mils.

114-26 B is a medical grade, electrically conductive, polymer coated polyester film composition. It is typically used as a component for fabricating electrodes in medical testing applications. This product has been formulated to have improved conductivity and high electrical dissipation properties. Some added applications for 114-26 B include, but are not limited to, emi/rfi shielding, polymer thick film circuitry, membrane switches and electrical static dissipation. 114-26 B is available in rolls ranging in widths up to 20 inches and lengths up to 2000 feet.

ECP 585 is a single component, light gray colored acrylic paint in aerosol form to provide a convenient method of application for prototype, design and touch-up work in order to give anti-static properties to products used in the electronics industry. It is specially formulated to minimize settling and to provide a homogeneous finish.

118-06-F is a B-staged, electrically conductive, transferable, epoxy adhesive film. The 118-06-F Series was developed with wafer manufacturing in mind. Some other applications for 118-06-F include, but are not limited to, conductive splicing of ribbon cables, PTF circuits, and electrical attachment of SMD devices, as well as the assembling electrical and electronic components. This system features excellent thermal stability and high temperature properties. This product has been formulated to have improved handling in the B-staged form. Some applications for 117-33 include, polymer thick film circuitry, and electrical attachments for stress sensitive devices. 117-33 is one of the few conductive adhesives that can bond to silicone substrates and surfaces. ECP 535 Static dissipative colored acrylic coating is a single component colored acrylic dissipative coating that provides effective anti-static control on plastic housings used in the electronic and computer industries.
