SILRES® BS 17040 is a high-quality, water-thinnable silane emulsion that is solvent-free. It is specifically formulated to act as a water repellent for impregnating and priming alkaline mineral surfaces. Additionally, it can be used as a water-resisting admixture for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

WACKER® GP-N - General Purpose Neutral Coloured is a one-part, neutral silicone sealant with excellent adhesion to most building substrates. It also offers good weather resistance and workability, making it ideal for glazing applications. The sealant cures at room temperature when exposed to atmospheric moisture, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

POWERSIL® Fluid TR 50 is a fully synthetic silicone fluid that is nonvolatile and noncorrosive. It possesses a high fire point and exhibits virtually self-extinguishing behavior, significantly reducing the fire hazard compared to conventional transformer fluids. This fluid demonstrates exceptional thermal stability, even in the presence of air, enabling higher thermal utilization when compared to other liquid coolants.

ELASTOSIL® AUX G 3246 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as adhesion promoters for silicone rubbers. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R solid silicone elastomers (HCR/HTV, peroxide curing).

ELASTOSIL® E70 is a flowable, one-component, acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure. It is a high-temperature-resistant grade for sealing and bonding applications under high thermal stress.

POWERSIL® 567 is a one-component silicone dispersion that, upon curing, forms a durable high-voltage insulator coating with excellent electrical properties. It exhibits very good resistance to weathering and outstanding tracking resistance. Moreover, POWERSIL® 567 creates a long-term hydrophobic surface, effectively preventing the formation of wet conductive films and reducing the risk of pollution flashovers.

ELASTOSIL® A07 Translucent is a free-flowing, solvent-based RTV-1 silicone dispersion. It cures at room temperature or at elevated temperatures by reacting with air humidity to form a flexible silicone coating. During cure, it splits off an organic amine. It can be applied by dipping, spraying, brushing, or coating. Thinner coatings can be obtained by the addition of solvents (e.g. toluene, white spirit); thicker coatings can be realized by multiple-step coating.

SILRES® BS OH 100 is a solventless, ready-to-use product designed for the consolidation of construction materials. Its primary application is the restoration of weather-damaged natural stone, stucco, or frescoes. Additionally, it can be used to treat other construction materials like brick or terracotta.

SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1109 White is a solvent-free and non-corrosive, one-part silicone adhesive that does not slump. Upon exposure to air moisture, ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 1109 White cures at room temperature, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber with excellent mechanical properties. When fully cured, it exhibits long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV radiation. This silicone elastomer can withstand continuously changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 180 °C (356 °F) without sustaining any damage.

ELASTOSIL® RT 706 is a self-leveling, slightly thixotropic, one-part heat-curing silicone used for potting and coating applications. The cured material demonstrates very good adhesion to many substrates and long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The cured silicone rubber can continuously withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures as high as 230°C (446°F) without sustaining damage.

VINNAPAS® UW 1 FS is a tasteless, solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. It is a clear and colorless resin obtained through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. This versatile product finds application in various fields, including fiber-reinforced plastics, adhesives, powder injection molding, and sound damping.

ELASTOSIL® 7100 P is a one-component, neutral-curing, low-modulus silicone sealant with outstanding adhesion and a long shelf life for construction, glazing and window applications, industrial applications, and sanitary areas. It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

SEMICOSIL® 912 is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that, when combined with ELASTOSIL® CAT PT, ELASTOSIL® CAT PT-F, or ELASTOSIL® CAT UV, cures to form a soft silicone gel. It possesses low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. The modular system of SEMICOSIL® 912 allows for flexible adjustment of the pot life and curing time by selecting from different catalysts. It is important to note that there is no binding between the base and catalyst, providing versatility in usage.

SEMICOSIL® 988/1K Grey is a non-slump, thermally curable, one-part silicone rubber. It is a ready-to-use system that exhibits low viscosity during dispensing, making it easy to work with. This product serves as a low-thermal-stress sealing adhesive with a medium hardness. It offers high flexibility and demonstrates excellent primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

WACKER® AKF 100 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 100 mm²/s. It is renowned for its exceptional qualities, including a very low volatile content, high purity, and excellent release properties. These remarkable attributes make WACKER® AKF 100 stand out from organic materials like mineral oils, thanks to its unique chemical structure.

ELASTOSIL® RT 772 is a flowable, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone used for potting and coating applications. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 772 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber that is flowable and addition-curing. It is specifically designed to form a closed cell foam structure. This material is highly compatible with automatic dispensing equipment, making it easy to process. ELASTOSIL® SC 835 A/B is ideal for the production of heat-resistant foam gaskets in a flat design, particularly for use in CIPG (Cured-in-Place Gasket) applications.

HELISOL® XLP is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 35 mm²/s. Its unique chemical structure gives HELISOL® XLP exceptional properties that distinguish it from organic materials like mineral oils. This clear, odorless, and colorless liquid exhibits an outstanding property profile.

ELASTOSIL® A 442 is a one-component, thixotropic sealant intended for use where a soft, high-elongation material is to be used. It is particularly effective as an adhesive in applications where the bonded joint is subjected to relatively large movements in service.

SEMICOSIL® 989/1K is a one-part, ready-to-use silicone rubber that cures through thermal curing. It is non-slumpy and exhibits thixotropic properties, making it easy to handle and apply. Biosafe® HE4001 Antimicrobial is a 0.75% aqueous solution of 3-(trihydroxysilyl)propyldimethyloctadecyl ammonium chloride. The product is registered with the EPA under the number 83019-6. It effectively binds to a wide range of surfaces, providing long-lasting protection. The key highlights of this product are as follows: Synergistically enhances the effectiveness of disinfection and sanitization. Has broad compatibility and can be incorporated in a vast variety of formulations and substrates. Excellent safety profile: non-toxic, non-irritating, and does not show transdermal absorption. Typical use concentrations of 0.25 - 0.5 weight % of active relative to the substrate being treated.

XYLEX® XYLEXPRO1 is a product designed to enhance the cleanability of surfaces when used alongside standard cleaning and disinfection protocols. By incorporating XYLEX® XYLEXPRO1 into the cleaning process, surfaces can remain hygienically clean for up to five weeks with just one application. Clinical testing conducted in hospital settings has demonstrated that this product enables more thorough and effective disinfection, leading to low adenosine triphosphate (ATP) levels on high touch surfaces. This allows hospitals to meet stringent ATP level standards for an extended period of time. XYLEX® XYLEXPRO1 is a water-based formula that is odorless and does not contain dye, fragrance, or harsh chemicals. It is available in both wipes and liquid forms.

Dehypound® Advanced is a 1% active (RTU) product in water that can outperform the performance of all-purpose cleaners commercially available. There is no need for any solvent or builder, as it performs well on its own. However, performance decreases when glycol ether solvents are used, so they should be avoided. The surfactant is mild for plastics. It is a non-ionic synergistic blend that is peroxide stable and ideal for carpet spot cleaners. It is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.

GENIOSIL® GF 91 is an alkoxysilane that contains an amino-functional group. It is a clear, colorless to light yellow liquid with a characteristic amine odor. This product finds application in various areas, including building and construction adhesives, do-it-yourself projects, flooring installation, interior paints and coatings, and waterproofing membranes.

ELASTOSIL® RT 624 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is commonly used for bonding and sealing applications as well as for creating cured-in-place gaskets of the dry type. This product is known for its high tear resistance and long pot life at ambient temperature.

SILRES® BS 16040 is a water-dilutable, solvent-free silane emulsion. It is a high-quality specialty product used for the hydrophobic impregnation and priming of alkaline substrates. When applied to construction materials, SILRES® BS 16040 reacts with atmospheric moisture and/or water present in the pores of the building material. This reaction eliminates alcohol and forms an active substance that greatly reduces the absorbency of the concrete within the active zone (penetration depth after post-treatment). Importantly, this reduction in absorbency occurs without blocking any pores or capillaries in the material. As a result of the impregnation, the treated building material retains its high water-vapor permeability, allowing moisture to pass through while still providing excellent protection against water penetration.

WACKER® 121 - Aquarium is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically formulated for the construction of aquariums and various industrial applications. This one-part, acid-curing sealant offers excellent mechanical properties and a high curing rate. When exposed to atmospheric moisture at room temperature, WACKER® 121 - Aquarium undergoes curing, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber.

SEMICOSIL® 9981 TC is a one-part, thermally conductive paste with electrical conductivity that cures into a gap-filling silicone. The thermal paste efficiently fills the finest gaps of heat-generating and ablating substrates, minimizing contact resistance. The thermal resistance is minimized due to an exceptional thermal conductivity of 10 W/mK, in combination with the possibility of reducing bond line thickness to 10 μm.
