Pangel W is an organically modified sepiolite in powder form used to improve the anti-sagging properties of aqueous systems as well as its anti-sedimentation performance during storage. This thickener is manufactured through organic modification of rheological sepiolite, mainly for aqueous systems. It improves rheological characteristics in the range of shear forces affecting sagging and sedimentation properties while controlling consistency.

Pangel OMD1 is a self-dispersing rheological additive for medium- to low-polarity systems. It is based on a highly purified bentonite clay and is recommended for both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils. This product is an easy-to-disperse, self-activated organobentonite.

Pangel B20 is a powdered additive with a high thickening and anti-settling capacity for intermediate polarity systems, particularly recommended for systems based on aromatic and unsaturated polyester type solvents. Minex® ST 4 A100-10 is a functional filler that is produced from nepheline syenite, a naturally occurring, silica-deficient sodium-potassium alumina silicate. Automated scanning electron microscopy confirms that Minex® ST grades contain less than one-tenth of one percent crystalline silica. No free crystalline silica is detectable in the mineral complex. All Minex® ST grades are processed and sized with rigid adherence to Covia’s QIPSM quality assurance programs.

Pangel OM4 is a rheological additive for intermediate to low-polarity systems, based on a highly purified bentonite clay. Pangel OM4 shows particularly good performance in aliphatic and aromatic solvents. Pangel OM4 is recommended for both aliphatic solvents and mineral or synthetic oils.

AFCONA 2048 is a defoamer for both spray and brush applications of solvent-based wood coatings. Crestakyd® 30-9502 is a short oil, high solids, chain-stopped alkyd based upon linoleic-rich fatty acids, supplied in a 3:2 w/w blend of xylene / methoxy propanol. The high solids allow this product to be formulated in VOC compliant topcoats (max. 420 g/l) and DTM primers, both displaying excellent salt spray resistance.

Hauthane HD-3810 is an aliphatic, polyurethane topcoat which produces a soft, rubbery feel at low gloss levels. Features: Soft, rubbery/grabby feel. Inherently low gloss without the use of external flatteners. Silicone-free. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Forms a film at room temperature. Low VOC: 50 g/l less water.

Texicryl® S-12 is a styrene acrylic resin soluble in alkalis, developed for water-based coatings and inks. It comes in solid form and enhances the gloss and resolubility of water-based coatings for the graphic arts industry. Optimum pigment grinding is achieved by making resin solutions at 30 - 35% solids content, while clear coatings require maximum solids for the highest achievable film build.

Crestakyd® 30-5067 is a fast drying short oil alkyd supplied in xylene for use in airdry and force-dry primers and topcoats. It is recommended for use in air-dry and force-dry primers and topcoats in a variety of general industrial metal coating applications.

Texicryl® 17-0376 is a modified styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for use in high performance anticorrosive primers. It has been specifically designed for the formulation of low VOC waterbased anticorrosive primers which provide excellent salt spray (to ASTM B117), humidity and prohesion resistance on clean metal substrates.

Hauthane HD-2107 DMM (L-2877) is a hard, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with an exceptional balance of properties. Features: Forms tough, abrasion- and mar-resistance films. Outstanding water and chemical resistance. Excellent exterior weathering performance. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM) co-solvent.

Texicryl® S-09 is an alkali-soluble styrene acrylic resin developed for water-based coatings and inks. The resin is supplied in solid form and is designed to impart gloss and resolubility to water-based coatings in the graphic arts market. It is easily dissolved in water at elevated temperatures in the presence of ammonia or other suitable amines. Solutions of the resin must be kept above pH 7 to prevent the resin from reverting back to its solid form.

Crestacryl® 71-5060 is a thermoplastic acrylic resin, which gives rapid solvent release, very good elasticity, excellent adhesion on various metallic substrates and very good alkali and water resistance. It can be used for primers, paints for metal and finishes for wood.
