MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® ABS A 1000/172 UV is a acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer with good flow, processing stabilized and UV stabilized, suitable for information technology, electrical and electronic and telecommunications applications including display elements, keyboards, and other various applications. For processing, injection molding with a melt temperature of 200-240°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C is recommended. Pre-drying conditions should be 80°C in an air circulating dryer for 3-6 hours or 80°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, depending on moisture content, with a maximum moisture content of 0.20%.
