MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-B A 4930/507 MR30 is a Polypropylene Heterophasic Copolymer containing 30% talcum and is specially designed for building and construction, machinery, and household goods applications. It is highly heat stabilized and has easy release (demolding) and slip agent properties. Pre-Drying Conditions should be carried out in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer at 80-120°C for 2-3 hours or in an air circulating dryer at 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing Injection molding should be carried out at a melt temperature of 200-250°C and a mold temperature of 20-70°C. The product should be stored in a cool, dry place and should not be exposed to temperatures above 30°C.
