Glycolysat® of Baerii Caviar UP is a hydroglycolic extract prepared from caviar (sturgeon eggs, Acipenser baerii) by controlled extraction using propylene glycol and water. This product appears as a translucent to opaque solution with several layers when at rest, and has a characteristic odor. It is miscible in water and 50% v/v alcohol, and it finds major applications in cosmetic products.
