ELASTOSIL® SUB C 2000 A/B is a two-component silicone rubber specifically developed for deep-sea applications. It is a pourable material that undergoes addition curing. This silicone rubber exhibits flexibility at both low temperatures (-40 °C) and high temperatures (+180 °C). It has a low viscosity, making it ideal for the manufacturing of various thermal insulating devices.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. Cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber is suitable for applications such as ignition and battery cables, utilizing addition curing and two-component systems.

POWERSIL® 310 MH is a one-component, ready-to-use peroxide curing compound. It cures to form an electrically insulating silicone elastomer with high erosion resistance. This product exhibits very good arc resistance, suitable dielectric properties, and good mechanical properties. POWERSIL® 310 MH is specifically recommended for the production of various types of electrical insulating equipment used in outdoor applications, such as composite insulators, arrester housings, bushings, and more.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® R 401/30 OH US is a colorless, translucent silicone rubber base noted for its flexibility, high transparency, and good mechanical properties. Its vulcanizing characteristics make it possible to achieve rubber moldings by compression, transfer, and injection molding. Post-cured vulcanizates can be used for applications in the health care and food handling industries.

SILPURAN® 6000/05 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6000/05 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with Wacker Silicones' health care policy. Please note that this material has use restrictions according to Wacker Silicone's health care policy. In particular, contact with body tissue or blood is not permitted.

POWERSIL® 460 MH is a ready-to-use electrically conductive silicone rubber grade specifically designed for compression molding. It already incorporates curing agent C1. This material is electrically conductive and is suitable for applications such as stress cones for cable accessories and cold shrink accessories.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3004/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3004 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3844/50 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® R 573/50 A/B is a two-component, electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber for the manufacture of electrically conductive products. This product is an addition-cured electrically conductive HCR silicone rubber that shows a low volume resistivity. This product can be used within a temperature range of -55 °C to +210 °C.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/40 US A/B is a primerless, self-bonding liquid silicone rubber (LSR) grade that adheres to various plastic substrates, e.g. PA, PBT, and metals, but not to the mold surface. The bonding is improved by oven-curing for 1 hour at 100°C or 24 hours at room temperature.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3066/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3066 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. When compared to the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grade, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4000/60 is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber designed for the production of molded articles. Once cured, these articles exhibit exceptional tear resistance and high transparency. This fast-curing silicone rubber demonstrates impressive elongation values and maintains excellent tear resistance. The addition cure process enables a significantly faster vulcanization reaction compared to peroxide curing materials. Furthermore, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4050/55 MH 9005 is an addition-cure, one-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of molded articles. The vulcanizates of this silicone rubber exhibit excellent heat stability. ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4050/55 MH 9005 is suitable for various household applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/50 US A/B is a liquid silicon rubber that belongs to a product family that meets several compliance standards. These include 21CFR 177.2600, which covers "rubber articles intended for repeated use," Recommendation XV for silicones, BfR, USP 23 Class VI, and ISO 10993 for short-term implantation (less than 30 days).

ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 MH is a peroxide-curing silicone rubber known for its exceptional green strength, which greatly improves calendering and extrusion performance. When uncured, the extruded hoses made from this silicone rubber exhibit high dimensional stability and a non-sticky surface. ELASTOSIL® R 863/65 is specifically formulated as a high green-strength peroxide-curing silicone rubber. It is recommended to add heat stabilizers when operating at service temperatures exceeding 180 °C.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3071/60 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3071 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/60 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

SILPURAN® 6760/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4285/30 is designed for the production of molded articles, particularly catheter balloons, that exhibit high elongation and low tension set. This addition-curing, two-part compound is composed of HCR silicone rubber. The vulcanizates of ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4285/30 demonstrate excellent transparency and good to very good mechanical properties.

POWERSIL® 740 Dark Gray A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. It is designed to form vulcanizates with exceptional properties, including high tracking and erosion resistance. The material exhibits excellent mechanical properties, particularly high tear strength, and demonstrates outstanding dielectric behavior.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3001/55 FR A/B is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by the achieved UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness and f1 rating according to UL746C: Unterwriters Laboratories File E75704 (Wacker Chemie AG). It exhibits good heat resistance, high oil resistance, and short curing times, which are further benefits of this material.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH is a two-component, high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. The vulcanizates produced using this silicone rubber exhibit excellent elasticity (rebound resilience) and demonstrate good tear resistance. In comparison to other platinum curing grades like the ELASTOSIL® R plus 4305 series, ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4360/60 MH showcases improved physical resistance.
