SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

ELASTOSIL® RT 745 S" A/B" is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. It is an addition-curing type, making it suitable for various applications. ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel. ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 2202 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, RTV-2 silicone rubber used for potting, lamination, and encapsulation purposes. The product vulcanizes at room temperature to yield a very soft silicone gel. To initiate the curing process, Catalyst T37 can be added for longer pot lives and curing times, or Catalyst T40 for shorter pot lives and curing times.

ELASTOSIL® RT K is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is specifically designed for reproduction molding applications. This silicone rubber utilizes condensation-curing technology and has a low viscosity, making it easy to pour and work with. ELASTOSIL® N10 Transparent is a solvent-free, neutral-cure, low-viscous, and non-thixotropic silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates. It is a multipurpose grade for bonding, sealing, and potting, e.g. in electronic applications.

ELASTOSIL® RT 602 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits a medium hardness and excellent heat stability. This product is suitable as a general purpose encapsulant.

ELASTOSIL® RT 607 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits high hardness and excellent heat stability. Additionally, it is flame retardant, making it suitable for general purpose encapsulation.
