SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM is a medium- to high-viscosity antifoam emulsion that finds application in various industries. This silicone fluid emulsion, based on E 900, is exclusively permitted for use as a processing aid in food applications. It is crucial for food producers to ensure that only technically unavoidable traces of SILFOAM® SE 2660 SIMETH.EM are present in the final food product.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/60 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT Black RAL 9011 F is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used to produce ELASTOSIL® high-consistency silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without significant impairment of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.

Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

SILPURAN® 6000/10 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6000/10 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with Wacker Silicones' health care policy. Please note that this material has use restrictions according to Wacker Silicone's health care policy. In particular, contact with body tissue or blood is not permitted.

HDK® N20D is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® N20D serves as a thickening and thixotropic agent in numerous organic systems, including unsaturated polyesters, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and more.

WACKER® Primer G 790 Toluene Free is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. It is specifically formulated to be free of toluene and other aromatic solvents. The primer can be applied directly to the substrate or diluted if desired. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to ambient humidity, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

Wacker Chemie Monochloroacetone Stab TBA (MCA) is a clear, dark-colored, mobile liquid with a strong and pungent odor. It offers storage stability of at least 24 months. MCA serves as a building block for the synthesis of various pharmaceuticals such as benzarone, benziodarone, bometolol, denbufyllin, enoximone, fenetylin, mexiletine, ofloxacin, and more. Additionally, it is also a building block for pesticides, including thiabendazole, herbicide-safeners, and insecticides.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. These surface irregularities can hinder firm metal-to-metal contact when assembled.

SILRES® WH 80A is a water-reducible, solvent-free emulsion of siloxane that can be used to increase the beading and water repellency of cellulosic substrates. The modification of water-reducible organic polymers such as alkyds or acrylic latexes with SILRES® WH 80A will increase water repellency and beading after exposure to UV radiation.

DEHESIVE® 910 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a multicomponent release coating used to produce paper and filmic release liners, which are essential for single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

SILFOAM® SC 124 is an anhydrous antifoam compound designed for laundry detergents. It has a comparatively low viscosity, making it easier to handle compared to high-viscosity grades. This product is suitable for use in household and cleaning solutions. SILFOAM® SC 124 is opaque, colorless, and oily in nature.

ELASTOSIL® RT 602 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 9:1 mixing ratio. It has low viscosity and offers rapid heat cure. The cured rubber exhibits a medium hardness and excellent heat stability. This product is suitable as a general purpose encapsulant.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

SILFOAM® SE 2060 is a versatile antifoam solution with 15% active ingredient and 25% solids. It stands out for its higher emulsifier content, making it easily metered due to its low viscosity. With its excellent resistance to alkalis and acids, it finds utility in various applications where pH plays a crucial role.

SILRES® SY 231 is a solventless, liquid, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is utilized for enhancing the weather and heat resistance of organic resins. This product can be employed as a cold blend additive, where it is directly mixed with the organic resins, or as a chemically bound intermediate, where it is chemically incorporated into the structure of organic polymers. By incorporating SILRES® SY 231, the resulting materials exhibit improved resistance to weathering and heat, making them suitable for applications requiring enhanced durability and performance.

SEMICOSIL® 987 GR is a one-part, ready-to-use, thermally curable silicone elastomer that exhibits non-slump properties. It is primarily used as a sealing adhesive. The silicone is thixotropic in nature, allowing for easy application and shaping. It offers high flexibility, making it suitable for low-stress adhesive bonding, such as in molded-in-place gasket (FIPG) applications. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 987 GR provides primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates.

SILFOAM® SD 650 is an anhydrous antifoam agent based on organofunctional silicone fluids, which exhibit high compatibility with organic systems. It is a self-dispersing product that spontaneously forms a fine dispersion when added to water. It is recommended for all organic systems that require a highly compatible antifoam agent.

SILFOAM® SC 120 is an anhydrous antifoam compound known for its low viscosity, making it easier to handle compared to high-viscosity alternatives. It demonstrates exceptional resistance to alkaline environments, showcasing its versatility in various applications. The excellent alkali resistance of SILFOAM® SC 120 further enhances its suitability for a wide range of uses.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/30 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B is a pourable, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber that cures to a soft silicone gel. It has a 1:1 mixing ratio and exhibits very low viscosity, making it easy to handle and process. This product offers fast curing and forms a soft gel during vulcanization. SEMICOSIL® 920 LT A/B maintains almost constant properties within a wide temperature range, from -100 °C to +200 °C. Additionally, it has a low ion content, ensuring high purity in applications.

HDK® N20 P Pharma is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica powder produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white, high-purity colloidal powder. This product serves as a glidant for tableting, effectively improving the flow of powders. Furthermore, HDK® N20 P Pharma undergoes testing according to the EP and USP/NF standards.

DEHESIVE® 920 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid that forms an integral part of a multicomponent system. When combined with a crosslinker, platinum catalyst, and potentially a CRA® release modifier, it is employed to apply a release coating onto paper and filmic substrates.

WACKER® AK 300 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 300000 mm²/s. It is formulated with a special heat stabilizer that provides protection against thermal decomposition and viscosity changes. This unique feature makes WACKER® AK 300 000 STAB highly suitable for applications subjected to high temperatures and/or shear stress. The heat stabilizer ensures the stability and integrity of the silicone fluid, allowing it to maintain its desired properties under challenging conditions.

LUMISIL® LR 7601/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the LUMISIL® LR 7601 series. It is a two-component compound with medium viscosity and fast curing times. The resulting vulcanizates exhibit exceptional optical transparency, along with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

BELSIL® DM 1000 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. It is known for its low surface tension and high spreading coefficient. Dimethicones, like BELSIL® DM 1000, have a flexible polymer backbone that enables them to have high permeability to gasses such as water vapor and oxygen. This property allows the skin to breathe and maintain its natural respiration.

VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is an approximately 50% solution of a vinyl acetate/vinyl laurate copolymer in ethyl acetate. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE can be diluted with esters, ketones, aromatic solvents, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The solution's compatibility with alcohol is limited. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is not compatible with aliphatic compounds.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT Orange RAL 2004 is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used to produce ELASTOSIL® high-consistency silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without significant impairment of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.

WACKER® AK 300000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 300000 mm²/s. Its unique chemical structure imparts exceptional properties to WACKER® AK 300000, distinguishing it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits excellent water-repellent properties and possesses good dielectric properties.
