GENIOSIL® XL 70 is a clear, colorless liquid known as an alkoxyarylsilane. When exposed to moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis, leading to the formation of silanols and the release of methanol. These silanols can further react to form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® XL 70 finds applications in building & construction adhesives and flooring installation.

DEHESIVE® 910 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid designed for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is part of a multicomponent release coating used to produce paper and filmic release liners, which are essential for single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

SILRES® BS 1001 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 1001 serve as high-quality, general-purpose water repellents for impregnating and priming mineral surfaces. SILRES® BS 1001 can be combined with polymer-based primers for substrate consolidation.

VINNAPAS® EP 724 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature of approximately +19°C, which is the highest among the VINNAPAS® EP product lines. It possesses exceptional cohesive strength (heat resistance) and tensile strength. The dried film formed by VINNAPAS® EP 724 is more flexible than PVAc polymer while maintaining good tensile strength and high creep resistance. Furthermore, the dried film exhibits low levels of tack.

GENIOSIL® GF 56 is an alkoxyvinylsilane. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a distinctive aromatic odor. In the presence of moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis (releasing ethanol) to form silanols, which can further react with each other to generate siloxanes. Acting as a bifunctional molecule, GENIOSIL® GF 56 serves as a molecular bridge between organic and inorganic substrates.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

WACKER® Catalyst PT 5 is a specialized platinum catalyst designed for the efficient thermal curing of both solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. It is highly active and concentrated, ensuring rapid curing and consistent performance in silicone systems. With its high platinum concentration, this catalyst offers excellent efficiency. Additionally, WACKER® CATALYST OL is miscible with silicones in any proportion, providing versatility and ease of use in various applications.

WACKER® Catalyst C 05 is a highly active, diluted platinum catalyst specifically designed for the thermal curing of solvent-based and solvent-free addition-crosslinking silicones. It exhibits very high and constant catalyst activity, making it ideal for use in automated mixing units. This catalyst enables rapid curing of addition-crosslinking silicone systems, providing efficient and reliable results. Additionally, WACKER® Catalyst C 05 is miscible with silicones in all proportions.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. Additionally, it improves the processability and antiblocking characteristics of the aqueous coatings.

WACKER® AK 0,65 is a hexamethyldisiloxane. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

SILRES® REN 60 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as a 60 wt.% solution in xylene. It is widely employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 60 serves as a key binder component in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions. DEHESIVE® SF 200 is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid. It is designed for release applications and is applied with additional components on paper and filmic substrates. The fast cure properties of DEHESIVE® SF 200 allow for use with temperature-sensitive substrates or comparatively low platinum levels at standard conditions.

GENIOSIL® XL 10 is an alkoxyvinyl silane compound. When exposed to moisture, the silane undergoes hydrolysis, resulting in the release of methanol. This hydrolysis process leads to the formation of silanols, which have the ability to react with each other and form siloxanes. The applications of GENIOSIL® XL 10 include marine and protective coatings, plastic additives, and plastic crosslinking.

SILRES® SY 409 is a solution of methylphenyl group-containing silicone resin that is recommended as a binder for medium- or high-solids heat-resistant paints in combination with other organic resins. It is highly suitable for introducing a compatible silicone component into other binder systems to increase their weathering or heat resistance.

DEHESIVE® 944 is a solvent-based, addition-crosslinkable silicone recommended for use as a release coating. It offers excellent release stability, medium release at low peel speeds, excellent bath life, and excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. It can be used for coating polyester films (PET), papers, and PE-laminated papers.

VINNAPAS® EN 1092 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion specifically developed for the nonwovens and textile coating markets. It is produced without the use of plasticizers and is based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. VINNAPAS® EN 1092 provides a unique combination of high dry and wet strength, making it an excellent choice for various applications. The dispersion has a low formaldehyde content of less than 100 ppm, ensuring compliance with strict standards. It is particularly recommended as a binder for glassfiber scrims, offering a firm handfeel and excellent alkaline resistance.

SILFOAM® SD 670 is an anhydrous antifoam agent based on organofunctional silicone fluids, which exhibit high compatibility with organic systems. SILFOAM® SD 670 is a self-dispersing product that spontaneously forms a fine dispersion when added to water. It is recommended for all organic systems that require a highly compatible antifoam agent.

CRA® 51 AMA® is a highly efficient controlled release additive designed to adjust the release force in solventless DEHESIVE® systems. It offers exceptional performance in terms of high efficiency, ensures rapid curing, exhibits stable release characteristics, and includes anti-misting properties.

HDK® H13L is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H13L is primarily used as a thickening, thixotropic, and anti-sedimentation agent in various applications such as coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and others. It finds its main application in polar systems. The strong hydrophobicity of HDK® H13L makes it particularly suitable for solvent-free systems, high solids formulations, and waterborne coatings.

SILRES® IC 232 is a solventless, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is highly suitable for blending with other binder systems to introduce a compatible silicone component. This addition helps to enhance the weathering or heat resistance of the resulting mixture or formulation.

VINNAPAS® EP 701K is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It offers excellent elongation, water resistance, and flexibility. This dispersion also demonstrates outstanding adhesion to various plastic surfaces, resulting in permanently flexible adhesive joints and high adhesion.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

HDK® D05 is a synthetic, hydrophilic amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. WACKER® Silicate S100 is a ready-to-use ethyl silicate binder with a flash point above 21°C. It is primarily used for formulating single-pack ethyl silicate zinc-rich primers, which are commonly used as anti-corrosive coatings. This product is particularly suitable for applications in marine, protective, and industrial coatings.

SILRES® MP 50 E is an emulsion of methyl phenyl group-containing silicone resin. When combined with suitable temperature-stable pigments and fillers, SILRES® MP 50 E becomes the ideal binder for heat-resistant water-borne paints. VINNAPAS® EP 6300 is a high-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with carboxylation. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. This dispersion exhibits excellent adhesion to films and metals, and it also offers impressive cohesive film strength. Furthermore, it has the ability to be crosslinked.

CRA® 45 AMA® is an exceptionally efficient controlled release additive specifically formulated for adjusting the release force in solvent-free DEHESIVE® systems. It offers high release levels, extremely stable release, and low levels of silicone mist at high coating speeds. CRA® 45 AMA® also demonstrates good bulk bath life, allowing for extended usability, as well as excellent thin-film bath life.

SILFAR® S 184 is a 100% silicone antifoam agent specially designed for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries. It fully adheres to the specifications outlined in the "Simeticone (EP)" and "Simethicone (USP)" monographs. Produced under cGMP guidelines, SILFAR® S 184 is suitable for use as an active pharmaceutical ingredient (API), particularly in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

HDK® H1000/4 is a highly efficient free flow additive designed specifically for use in various types of electrophotographic toners, including monocomponent magnetic toners, monocomponent nonmagnetic toners, dual-component toners, crushed type toners, and polymerization toners. It offers medium surface area (BET) and consists of medium-sized silica particles.

SILFAR® 1000 is a polydimethylsiloxane produced through the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 1000 mm²/s at 25°C. This versatile product finds application in both the pharmaceutical and food sectors. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is commonly used in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

VINNAPAS® 510 ED is a polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of organic solvents, plasticizers, or formaldehyde donors. The residual monomer content of the dispersion is below 1000 ppm. VINNAPAS® 510 ED offers several advantages in building chemical applications as well as in general adhesives. To achieve optimum weathering resistance, opaque pigments should be used to ensure adequate pigmentation.
