- Application Details
- A good dispersion of HDK® D05 is a must to assure optimum performance.
- HDK® D05 is used as a filler in many organic and inorganic systems, where a high loading is of interest with low impact on rheology.
- Examples are the use in coatings and resins. HDK® D05 is used as a highly pure SiO2 source.
- HDK® D05 is not suitable for pharmaceuticals, food and feed.

During transportation and processing HDK® D05 may cause electrostatic charges. Like other amorphous silicas HDK® D05 does not show either carcinogenic (IARC classification, Volume 68, 1997) or mutagenic properties.
