SEMICOSIL® 9242 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. This product is ready-to-use, requiring no additional mixing. It exhibits thixotropic behavior, meaning it becomes shear-thinning during application. SEMICOSIL® 9242 offers rapid heat curing, allowing for efficient processing. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. With low levels of volatiles, uncured polymers, and ions, this silicone rubber ensures high purity. Additionally, SEMICOSIL® 9242 has the additional feature of ultraviolet fluorescence.

SILPURAN® 6760/50 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with a very short curing time and good mechanical and electrical properties. Vulcanizates are noted for their self-adhesive properties to various substrates combined with a low coefficient of friction. SILPURAN® 6760/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the WACKER SILICONES HEALTH CARE POLICY, including implantation for less than 30 days.

ELASTOSIL® RT 745 S" A/B" is a pourable, two-part silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. It is an addition-curing type, making it suitable for various applications. BELSIL® DMC 6031 is a copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and organic glycol. It acts as a resin plasticizer in hair fixative compositions, reducing brittleness and flaking. In shampoos and shower gels, it stabilizes foam, provides mild conditioning, and promotes clarity. In creams and lotions, it acts as a co-emulsifier, improving emulsification, skin feel, and product stability.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3023/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times and excellent coolant resistance. Vulcanizates are opaque with average mechanical properties, and they are noted for ultra-low compression sets after post-curing.

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste FL Heliogreen RAL 6004 is a ready-to-use masterbatch that contains specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers. It is commonly used for producing ELASTOSIL® liquid silicone rubber. This color paste enables homogeneous covulcanization without significantly affecting the physical properties, such as hardness, and without the risk of migration often seen in systems based on silicone oil.

DEHESIVE® 902 AMA® is a solvent-free, addition-curing silicone fluid formulated for release applications on paper and filmic substrates. It is an integral component of a multicomponent release coating used in the production of paper and filmic release liners. These liners are widely utilized in the manufacturing of single- and double-sided industrial laminates.

ELASTOSIL® AUX Replasticizer 4 is a ready-to-use silicone rubber additive that helps to replastify heavily crepe-hardened solid silicone rubber compounds. Depending on the degree of crepe-hardening, a dosage of 1 - 3 % is recommended. This product has a paste consistency and can easily be incorporated into ELASTOSIL® R and R Plus compounds.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

WACKER® AK 10000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 10000 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It possesses good dielectric properties, low surface tension resulting in high surface activity, and it is chemically highly unreactive.

ELASTOSIL® R 760/70 MH is a peroxide-curing, high-consistency silicone rubber with very high green strength, which enhances calendaring and extrusion performance significantly. Uncured extruded hoses show high dimension stability and a non-sticky surface. The addition of heat stabilizers at service temperatures of more than 180°C is recommended.

WACKER® Crosslinker W is a hydrogenpolysiloxane that contains a high percentage of reactive Si-H groups. It is specifically designed for the thermal curing of addition-crosslinking silicone rubbers, both solvent-based and solvent-free. The product exhibits high reactivity, allowing for good adhesion to the substrate. Additionally, it has low volatility and is free of solvents, halogens, and heavy metals.

VINNAPAS® 920 is a carboxylated, poly(vinyl alcohol) stabilized, vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of -20 °C. It offers excellent flow, wetting, and adhesion to a wide variety of polymeric films, coatings, and other difficult substrates.

LIOSIL® TS 80 E is a specially developed macroemulsion of a functional silicone fluid designed as a softener for the tissue industry. It provides an excellent soft touch along with very good hydrophilicity. This product can be easily diluted with water and exhibits high substantivity on cellulose fibers.

ETONIS® 1400 S is a polymer dispersion designed for soil stabilization purposes. When applied to the soil, this product creates polymer bridges between the soil or aggregate particles and the hydrated cement particles. These bridges contribute to the formation of a flexible and strong network that is both durable and resistant to water.

The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solvent-based mixture of siloxanes and reactive silanes used as an adhesion promoter for silicone rubbers. WACKER® Primer G 719 is a solution of siloxanes and reactive silanes in organic solvents. It is used to pretreat metallic, ceramic, glass, or other polymeric substrate surfaces to enable excellent adhesion towards subsequently vulcanized ELASTOSIL® R plus or LR silicone elastomers (addition curing).

ELASTOSIL® Color Paste PT Blue RAL 5002 is a ready-to-use masterbatch comprising specific pigments and reactive silicone polymers that are commonly used to produce ELASTOSIL® high-consistency silicone rubber. This ensures a homogeneous covulcanization of the color paste without significant impairment of the physical properties (e.g. hardness) and without migration, as may be observed for systems based on silicone oil.

BELSIL® GB 1020 is a blend of low-viscosity dimethicones and a high-molecular-weight dimethiconol. This unique composition combines the beneficial properties of both low-viscosity fluids and the extremely high-viscosity dimethiconol. The low-viscosity dimethicones exhibit excellent spreading capabilities, facilitating the even distribution of the high-viscosity conditioning agent, dimethiconol.

VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is a medium-particle-size, protective colloid-containing aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer of vinyl acetate, ethylene, and vinyl chloride. The principal feature of VINNAPAS® CEZ 3031 is its wide range of uses in coating systems containing opacifying pigments. The dispersion is low in odor and is produced without the use of alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds.

ELASTOSIL® AUX Mould Release Agent 32 is a mold release agent for LSR (liquid silicone rubber) and HTV (high-temperature vulcanizing) injection and compression molding. This product functions as an auxiliary that helps improve the demolding of tools for injection and compression molding.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4370/40 is a two-component high consistency silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacture of extruded articles. It utilizes addition curing and possesses self-bonding properties. VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is produced without the use of alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds, organic solvents, or plasticizers. Due to its low VOC content, VINNAPAS® eco EF 3777 is ideal for manufacturing low-emission products.

SILFOAM® SD 986 is an antifoam solution with a low viscosity that incorporates a small amount of highly viscous silicone fluid. The presence of dimethylpolysiloxane in SILFOAM® SD 986 provides effective defoaming properties in various mineral oil products and non-aqueous systems. This is attributed to its low surface tension and excellent spreading ability, enabling efficient foam control.

SEMICOSIL® 2M2M is a high-purity dimethoxydimethylsilane with low levels of metal, chloride, and methanol content. It was developed specifically for the semiconductor industry, serving as a precursor for low-dielectric-constant interlayer dielectrics. This product is commonly used in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and spin-on dielectric (SOD) applications.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

WACKER® Polymer FD 120 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It serves as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically used in the compounding of silicone sealants and is suitable for applications in sealants and silicone sealants.

WACKER® L 053 is a polyether-functional polydimethylsiloxane that is completely water-soluble. WACKER® L 053 can be used in a wide range of applications, such as the textile industry, polishes, cleaners, and the plastics industry. WACKER® L 053 exhibits both special lubricant properties and antistatic action.

WACKER® Anchorage Additive HF 100 is a reactive epoxy-functional silicone polymer that enhances the adhesion of addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® systems or liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) to polymeric substrates. It improves the anchorage of DEHESIVE® systems on PET films, enabling the production of release liners, as well as the anchorage of LSR on fabric. This additive has a low odor and is non-corrosive.

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 771 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) without damage.

HDK® H21 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H21 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in various applications such as composites, coatings, adhesives, and sealants, particularly in vinylester, epoxy, and polyurethane systems.

SILPURAN® 6600/50 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Compared to the SILPURAN® 6000 series, the coefficient of friction of a post-cured article made of SILPURAN® 6600 is reduced by 50–70%. SILPURAN® 6600/50 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

POWERSIL® 466 A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It exhibits medium conductivity and offers stable electrical properties along with good mechanical properties. The material is characterized by high elongation at break and low tension set, ensuring flexibility and durability in applications.
