WACKER® WN - Weatherseal Neutral (000034072) cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture, resulting in a permanent and flexible silicone rubber. ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/50 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

SILFOAM® SD 986 is an antifoam solution with a low viscosity that incorporates a small amount of highly viscous silicone fluid. The presence of dimethylpolysiloxane in SILFOAM® SD 986 provides effective defoaming properties in various mineral oil products and non-aqueous systems. This is attributed to its low surface tension and excellent spreading ability, enabling efficient foam control.

WACKER® L 053 is a polyether-functional polydimethylsiloxane that is completely water-soluble. WACKER® Anchorage Additive HF 100 is a reactive epoxy-functional silicone polymer that enhances the adhesion of addition-crosslinking DEHESIVE® systems or liquid silicone rubbers (LSR) to polymeric substrates. It improves the anchorage of DEHESIVE® systems on PET films, enabling the production of release liners, as well as the anchorage of LSR on fabric. This additive has a low odor and is non-corrosive.

WACKER® 440 - Glazing and Perimeter is a high-quality silicone sealant specifically designed for various applications such as construction, glass and window building, and industrial use. ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

GENIOSIL® STP-E 10 is a polyether-based silane-terminated polymer suitable as a binder in moisture-curing formulations. It differs from conventional silylated polymers due to its high reactivity, which results from the structural proximity of the nitrogen atom to the silicon atom in the dimethoxy(methyl)silyl-methylcarbamate group (alpha-effect). It hydrolyzes in the presence of moisture to form a stable siloxane network initiated by mild catalysis, rather than heavy metal ions.

WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200.000 mm²/s. It is enhanced with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications that entail high temperatures and/or shear stress. It exhibits long-term heat stability, making it suitable for operating temperatures exceeding 150 °C, and it demonstrates high shear stability.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® RD 6600 F is a solvent-based, addition-curing silicone rubber dispersion specifically designed for textile coatings. It finds applications in architectural textiles, industrial textiles, lifestyle textiles, and textiles for protective clothing. This silicone rubber dispersion, which is formulated in xylene, exhibits excellent penetration into the substrate and provides a dry surface touch. It is commonly used for producing textile coatings in various applications such as conveyor belts and electrical sleevings.

WACKER® AK 0,65 is a hexamethyldisiloxane. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits good dielectric properties, low surface tension, high surface activity, and is chemically highly unreactive. Additionally, it has a low solidifying point.

WACKER® Polymer FD 6 is a colorless, clear, and odorless liquid that is not miscible with water. It is used as a raw material for the production of RTV-1 silicone rubbers. This product is specifically designed for use in sealants and silicone sealants, serving as a special raw material for silicone compounding.

WACKER® Adhesion Promoter HF 86 is a solvent-free adhesion promoter specifically designed for enhancing the adhesion of addition-cured liquid silicone rubbers to textiles. It provides improved bonding between silicone rubbers and textiles, making it ideal for textile coatings. Additionally, it can be used as a textile primer in aqueous solutions. Notably, WACKER® Adhesion Promoter HF 86 is completely solvent-free.

ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits good heat stability, with permanent temperatures up to 180°C and peak temperatures up to 200°C. This product has excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates.

ELASTOSIL® RT 779 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with curing agent WACKER® Catalyst T 79, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber with outstanding oil resistance. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 779 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, motor oil, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

WACKER® AK 35 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 35 mm²/s. ELASTOSIL® LR 3001/55 FR A/B is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by the achieved UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness and f1 rating according to UL746C: Unterwriters Laboratories File E75704 (Wacker Chemie AG). It exhibits good heat resistance, high oil resistance, and short curing times, which are further benefits of this material.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3011/50 FR A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness. Good heat resistance, low compression set, short curing times, and non-abrasive behavior in the LIM process are further benefits of this material.

VINNAPAS® 192 (CGN) is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion produced from the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene for the nonwovens market. The dispersion is produced without the use of plasticizers. VINNAPAS® 192 (CGN) offers a unique balance of high dry and wet strength, excellent absorbent properties, and a good handfeel.
