SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 2400 is a standard flow 40% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers offering UL94 V0 ratings and FAR25.853 performance. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL9034 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin with excellent low temperature ductility, robust flame retardancy (V0/5VA), good processability and electrical tracking resistance. It is UV stabilized with F1 rating and is a good candidate for applications like photovoltaic connectors.

LNP THERMOCOMP RF0039S compound is based on Nylon 6/6 resin containing 15% glass fiber. Added features of this grade include: Flame Retardant, Heat Stabilized.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ PCN2910 resin is a 35% glass fiber and mineral reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This high modulus, injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2.3mm, V0 at 3mm, and V1 at 1.5mm. NORYL™ PCN2910 resin exhibits good dimensional stability, low specific gravity, and Low Warpage. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis applications where high modulus and tight tolerance molding are required.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CS9610 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable low smoke, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has good mechanical and impact properties and has a UL94 V0@2.0mm and 5VB@2.0mm flame rating.

LNP THERMOTUF VX99809 compound is based on Super Tough Nylon resin containing proprietary fillers. Added features of this grade include: Impact Modified, Easy Release.

This general-purpose injection moldable grade exhibits very low moisture absorption, high strength, hydrolytic stability, Low warpage, low specific gravity, and dimensional stability. SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL™ N1050 resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + polystyrene (PS). This injection moldable grade was designed for improved dimensional stability and flow. This grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2.5mm and V0 at 1.5mm along with impact strength, very low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, and good electrical properties. NORYL™ N1050 resin is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications requiring electrically insulating properties, low moisture absorption and low warpage.
