ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. ELASTOSIL® LR 3094/60 A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber with extremely short curing times. The vulcanizates of the product are noted for good mechanical as well as electrical properties and for excellent heat resistance. Due to the outstanding compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 4305/70 is a two-component, high-consistency silicone rubber specifically developed for the manufacture of extruded articles. Cured articles made from this addition-curing rubber exhibit excellent transparency and demonstrate good to very good mechanical properties. This fast-curing silicone rubber displays good to very good mechanical properties. The vulcanization reaction is significantly faster compared to peroxide-curing materials, thanks to the addition cure process. Additionally, no peroxide decomposition products are formed during vulcanization.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN ML6411 polycarbonate (PC) siloxane resin, is a high flow opaque injection molding (IM) grade with very low temperature ductility characteristics. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm and 5VA @ 3.0mm flame retardancy based on non-chlorine, non-bromine FR systems. LEXAN ML6411 resin offers excellent processing characteristics with opportunity for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. Stanyl® TW341 B-MB is a high-performance polyamide 46 used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. It is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) base polymer that is used for injection molding applications.
