MOCOM Compounds ALFATER® XL A60I 2GP0050 is a thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM) base polymer that is used for injection molding applications. It is available in natural color or black and has good recovery, weathering resistance, chemical resistance, ozone resistance, hot air resistance, and hydrolysis resistance. It is suitable for automotive, building and construction, electrical and electronic, machinery, and furniture applications. Typical applications include seals, sealing lips, handles, soft touch elements, impact protection/shock absorbers, protection caps, cable ducts, casters, plugs, fasteners and connectors, and 2K components. It also has good adhesion to polypropylene homopolymer, polypropylene copolymer, polyethylene, thermoplastic vulcanisate (PP+EPDM), thermoplastic olefin elastomer, and thermoplastic elastomer general.
