It is specifically formulated with a special heat stabilizer to provide protection against thermal decomposition and viscosity changes. This makes WACKER® AK 600 000 STAB highly suitable for applications that experience high temperatures and/or shear stress.

ELASTOSIL® E43 Transparent is a self-leveling, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows excellent mechanical properties and has good adhesion properties to many substrates. In particular, it is used as adhesive on cured silicone rubber.

ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/30 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/20 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/20 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. ELASTOSIL® RT 779 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with curing agent WACKER® Catalyst T 79, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber with outstanding oil resistance. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 779 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously be exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, motor oil, and temperatures as high as 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3001/55 FR A/B is a paste-like, low-inflammable, two-component compound of liquid silicone rubber. The excellent flame retardancy is confirmed by the achieved UL94-V0 listings at 0.75 mm and 3 mm thickness and f1 rating according to UL746C: Unterwriters Laboratories File E75704 (Wacker Chemie AG). It exhibits good heat resistance, high oil resistance, and short curing times, which are further benefits of this material.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3852/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3852 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/60 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 200.000 mm²/s. It is enhanced with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 200 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications that entail high temperatures and/or shear stress. It exhibits long-term heat stability, making it suitable for operating temperatures exceeding 150 °C, and it demonstrates high shear stability.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the low compression set, there is no need to post-cure finished parts.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3076/70 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3076 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time and improved oil resistance. Its vulcanizates are noted for their good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits good heat stability, with permanent temperatures up to 180°C and peak temperatures up to 200°C. This product has excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/40 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time.
