Dar-Tech Hauthane HD-4638 DMM is a soft, NMP-free, APEO-free, aliphatic, waterborne polyurethane dispersion. It was designed for use in textile applications as a versatile polyurethane coating. This product is ideally suited for use as an anti-fray finish on textile fabrics that must have a soft hand. HD-4638 DMM is also suitable for textile coating applications that require excellent low-temperature flexibility and crack resistance.

DCL AG500 Bronze, 10 - 60 m is a bronze pearlescent pigment with a brilliant finish. It is FDA approved (Section 178-3297). This product is mainly used in the following applications Plastics such as PVC, PP, PS, PE and PET. Powder and industrial coatings. UV and offset inks. Rubber

DCL AG351 Glitter Gold, 20 - 80 m is a gold translucent pearlescent pigment with a glittery finish. This product is composed of a mixture of titanium, mica, and iron oxide that takes on the appearance of a gold powder, and is approved by the FDA under Section 178-3297.

Blachford Aluminum Stearate 300F is a high-quality, tallow-based aluminum stearate product that finds wide use in multiple applications, including suitability for FDA 21 CFR indirect food applications. 300F grade consists of di-stearates and has excellent gel properties for improved pigment suspension and flow control.

DCL AG401A Luster Black, 10 - 60 m is a silver gray translucent pearlescent pigment that boasts a brilliant finish, and it is approved by the FDA under Section 178-3297. The mixture that comprises this pigment is made up of mica, titanium dioxide, and carbon black, resulting in a silver gray powder as its appearance.

AFCONA 2503 is a waterbased defoamer and anti-foam agent with leveling properties that is especially useful in high shear applications such as pigment concentrates. AFCONA 2503 is an organically modified polysiloxane which is designed to give good defoaming, anti-foam and leveling performance in all waterbased applications.

DeCAL 4214 is a waterborne transfer additive for flexographic inks. It improves definition by controlling the ink film weight. The addition level, usually between 2-4% as supplied on the total formulation, is determined by the pigments, binders, and machine characteristics. DeCAL 4214 also enhances the clean-down process on the press by increasing the open time.

Deuteron® UV 1250 is a photoinitiator with 50.0% active content. In a liquid form, it serves various end uses such as radiation-curable adhesive, flexography ink, varnishes, screen printing ink, and laminating adhesive. The product presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid, providing versatility in applications requiring photoinitiation properties.

Deuteron® UV 1242 consists of solutions incorporating bis(dodecyl phenyl)-iodonium hexafluoroantimonate dissolved in reactive solvents. The solution utilizes C12/C14 glycidyl ether as a reactive thinner and contains antimony. Notably, it ensures minimal benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor characteristic. This solution presents itself as a brownish, viscous liquid suitable for various applications within the specified context.

Deuteron® MM 110 comprises finely dispersed PMU (polymethyl urea) particles within DPGDA (dipropylene glycol diacrylate). Tailored as matting agents, these preparations are particularly designed for thin-layer UV-curable coatings and inks. The product presents as a white or yellowish dispersion, offering a specialized solution for achieving desired surface finishes in UV-curable applications.

Deuteron® UV 3100 is designed to facilitate the hardening process of binder systems that undergo cationic polymerization upon UV exposure. This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Deuteron® MM 100 consists of finely dispersed PMU (polymethyl urea) particles within DPGDA (propylene glycol diacrylate). Specifically crafted as matting agents, these preparations cater especially to thin-layer UV-curable coatings and inks. The appearance of this product manifests as a grayish dispersion, offering a unique solution for desired surface finishes in UV-curable applications.

Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. PTFE imparts coatings with superior mar resistance and anti-blocking properties. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

Sucroplast ATBC is a product resulting from the acetylation of tributyl citrate, a citric acid ester presented as a clear liquid with a distinctive odor. Recommended for use as a plasticizer in applications with food contact, it is easily biodegradable in polyvinyl chloride polymers (PVC) and cellulose derivatives. It also serves as a solvent and fixative in the flexographic and perfumery industries.

Trapylen® 186 EAC is a chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in ethyl acetate. With a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades, it exhibits good compatibility with other resins and polymers, excellent pigment wetting, and results in a high-gloss, chemically resistant film. The main advantage of Trapylen® 186 EAC is its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited.

Trapylen® 5650 UV is a chemically modified low chlorinated polypropylene, dissolved in reactive, UV-curable monomer isobornyl acrylate (IBOA). It has outstanding affinity to polyolefinic plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and reasonable adhesion to PE. Furthermore TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV obtains excellent bonding strength between PP and alumina. For UV-curing screen printing inks TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV is used as adhesion additive/promoter.

Trapylen® 187 S is a chlorinated polypropylene characterized by a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades. This feature results in good compatibility with other resins and polymers, coupled with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film exhibits high gloss and very good chemical and aging resistance. The primary advantage of Trapylen® 187 S lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited and may be compensated for by using it with low-chlorinated Trapylen® grades.

Lansperse SYN1 is a 100% active liquid synergist designed to work in conjunction with the hyperdispersant Lansperse UV51, aiding pigment dispersion in pigmented UV yellows. It can also be used alongside Lansperse SL18 or SL18-HA for pigmented solvent yellows, resulting in increased pigment levels, improved gloss levels, and enhanced pigment stabilization.

Trapylen® 187 EAC is a chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in ethyl acetate. It possesses a slightly lower chlorine content compared to the similar Trapylen® 186 EAC but maintains good compatibility with other resins and polymers, along with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film exhibits high gloss and very good chemical and aging resistance. The primary advantage of Trapylen® 187 EAC lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited and may be compensated for by using it with low-chlorinated Trapylen® grades.

Trapylen® 186 X is a medium-chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in xylene. Characterized by a higher chlorine content compared to other grades, it exhibits relatively good compatibility with other resins and polymers, along with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film produced by Trapylen® 186 X boasts high gloss and remarkable chemical and aging resistance. Its primary advantage lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, to a limited extent, polyethylene.
