SILFAR® 350 is a polydimethylsiloxane derived from the hydrolysis and polycondensation of dichlorodimethylsilane and chlorotrimethylsilane. Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 350 mm²/s at 25°C. This versatile product finds application in both the pharmaceutical and food sectors. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is commonly used in antiflatulence and antacid preparations.

SILFAR® E 1049 is a silicone fluid emulsion specifically formulated for a wide range of applications, including those in the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is composed of components that meet the necessary standards outlined in the relevant EP and USP monographs. SILFAR® E 1049 can be utilized as an excipient in pharmaceutical products, although it cannot be used as an active pharmaceutical ingredient.

SILFAR® SE 88 is a silicone antifoam emulsion suitable for various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, fermentation processes, and agrochemical formulations. It is specifically designed for European use as a processing aid in food production, based on E 900. It is important for the food manufacturer to ensure that only minimal traces of the product are present in the final food, as per the necessary regulations.

ELASTOSIL® RT K is a pourable, condensation-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. It is specifically designed for reproduction molding applications. This silicone rubber utilizes condensation-curing technology and has a low viscosity, making it easy to pour and work with. ELASTOSIL® RT K is a two-component product, ensuring proper curing and performance. It is well-suited for reproduction molding processes.

SIPERNAT® 50 S is a hydrophilic, finely milled silica. Besides its application as flow aid and highly effective anticaking agent it also may serve as carrier of especially high absorptive capacity in case particle fineness is required.

AEROSIL® R 8200 is a structure modified hydrophobic silica grade treated with HMDS (Hexamethyldisilazane). It is characterized by an extremely low thickening effect and high compacted bulk density. Its high hydrophobicity makes it suitable as a defoamer silica.

Evonik Polymer VS 500 consists of vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxanes available in different viscosity levels and molecular weights, with an impressively low content of volatile constituents. These polymers serve as fundamental components in silicone formulations that cure through a platinum-catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing SiH groups. The minimal presence of volatile constituents and the crosslinking mechanism ensure that curing shrinkage remains low, and no volatile or corrosive substances are generated during the curing process.

Flytac 103 - 90 is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc. Typical Uses EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility. It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Dragonox® 3114 is a multi-functional antioxidant with multiple functional groups. It is a kind of low-toxic chemical that can be used in food packaging. This product can be used in ABS resin, polyester, nylon, PE, PS, PVC, PU, cellulose plastic, and rubber. To improve stability, it can be combined with a UV adsorbent or phosphite ester.

Dragonsorb® 360 is a dimeric 2-hydroxy benzotriazole UV absorber used in a variety of polymers and resin compositions. This product has very low volatility and high thermostability. It can be used in polyacrylic resin, polyalkene, polyamide, and elastoplastic goods with good compatibility and higher UV absorbability. This yellowish powder is insoluble in water, and soluble in esters and benzoid solvents. It shows a synergistic effect when used with other additives such as antioxidants.

Dragonsorb® 120 is a sterically hindered hydroxybenzoate UV absorber, which converts UV radiation into heat energy through reversible chemical rearrangement. When compared to benzotriazole UV absorbers, it can provide excellent initial color and has a synergistic effect with hindered amine light stabilizer. It can be used with a hindered phenol antioxidant, a phosphite antioxidant, and a hindered amine light stabilizer at the same time to improve the weatherability of outdoor products. It can also be used simultaneously with benzotriazole UV absorbers to improve the weatherability of products, such as TPO car bumpers. The recommended use level of this product in PP, PE, TPO, PVC, EVA, unsaturated polyester, and ABS is 0.20 - 1.0%.
