MoldWiz® INT-1E-11S - A process aid additive with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous solution. The addition of this process aid additive gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The process aid additive will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

MoldWiz® INT-1850HT - A process aid additive and mold release with anti-static properties which is incorporated directly into the resin eliminating the need for an external mold release agent. Improves resin flow and line speeds. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin. MoldWiz® JB-5 - An external mold release agent specifically designed to eliminate commonly used organic solvents, including Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPS), from the workplace. Especially effective for closed molding polyester and vinyl ester-based SMC/BMC off hot steel and aluminum surfaces. Water-based solutions offer rapid wetting and drying with excellent release properties. Exposure to hazardous volatiles is drastically reduced. Being non-acidic, it does not contribute to chemical corrosion of tool substrates. Molded parts may be painted or bonded with no prior secondary surface preparation. Spilled material or accidental contamination is conveniently removed by washing with water.

MoldWiz® INT-PUL34 - A liquid internal mold release/process aid additive which is incorporated directly into the resin to provide release from the die in pultrusion processing. Will also: improve line speed; reduce pull force; enhance wetting of reinforcements and fillers; and improve the surface appearance of molded profiles. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on the cured resin or interfere with secondary operations such as printing, painting or bonding of cured parts. May also be used as an internal mold release in other processes that utilize polyester, vinyl ester and hybrid thermoset resin systems.

MoldWiz® INT-1312MS - A Methanol – low water tolerant resin systems
