MoldWiz® 249-B41 is a liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. This selective adhesion prevents the film from being easily abraded by the demolded part. Numerous demoldings per application of release agent can be expected without any necessity for washing the parts. The release will not interfere with secondary finishing operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

XTEND® 19ZAM - An air-drying reactive resin solution that cures to a cross-linked semi-permanent coating, which provides multiple release without transfer.

MoldWiz® WB-2700 - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by absorption to the mold surface and has no affinity for the molded resin or rubber. Thermoplastic molded parts will be stress-free and thermoset parts may have improved Barcol hardness. Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. Eliminates the need for an external mold release agent. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating

This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the mold. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting.

MoldWiz® INT-PUL24 - A process aid additive designed specifically for pultrusion. The benefit is to optimize line speed while reducing both pull force and die wear. Improves wet out of fiber, fillers and resin flow while reducing viscosity. Physical properties of the profile are retained or improved. The complex polymeric nature of the process aid additive will not interfere with secondary operations such as decorating, silk screen printing, painting, bonding, or plating.
