MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® HTC 300/1 WT1056-10LD is a high temperature copolyester base polymer which is pre-dried with 90°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 4-6 hours to a maximum moisture content of <0,03%. It is equipped with a special filler/additive system for light scattering and high light diffusion, and is intended to be utilized in the automotive and lighting market segments for lighting and light transparent components, such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. The process of injection molding requires a melt temperature of 260-280°C and a mold temperature of 50-70°C. Additionally, the product should be stored in a dry and light-protected area.
