MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 17132 WT1125-17 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system, designed for the Automotive and Lighting market segments. It is typically used for lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements, and has GS93016 approvals. Pre-drying conditions should be 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 h or 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 h with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%. For injection molding, a melt temperature of 270-310°C and a mold temperature of 80-110°C should be used.
