1 of 363 products in this brand
MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4.2 UV WT1217-10LD3 is a polycarbonate base polymer filled with a special filler that offers light scattering and high light diffusion. It is mainly used in the automotive and lighting industry for applications such as lamp covers, display components, and operating elements. To pre-dry the polymer, it should be kept at 120°C in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer for 2-4 hours, and 120°C in an air circulating dryer for 4-12 hours, ensuring a moisture content of less than 0.02%. For injection molding, the melt temperature should be between 270-310°C and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C.
