MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/1 WT1034-05LB is a base polymer of Polypropylene Homopolymer with a filler/additive system of 15% special filler and 15% mineral. It is highly reflective and opaque, making it suitable for applications such as light guides and reflectors, and is used in the automotive and lighting market segment. The pre-drying conditions involve being in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer set between 80-100°C for 2-4 hours with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%. The processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 230-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-90°C.
