MOCOM Compounds ALTECH® PP-H B 4920/306 MR20 is a Polypropylene Homopolymer with 20% talcum that is highly processing stabilized, easy to release (demolding), and heat stabilized. It is used in the automotive market for transport systems, fixtures/fittings, housings, functional components, and fixing elements. Pre-Drying Conditions should be done in a dry air (desiccant) dryer between 80-120°C for 2-3 hours, or an air circulating dryer between 80-120°C for 2-4 hours. Processing Injection molding should be done with a melt temperature between 200-250°C and mold temperature between 20-70°C.
